Ordered online, and probably won’t order again. After I ordered, I was told to arrive for pick up in 20 minutes (which I did). When getting there, I was told by an employee that my order wasn’t ready yet and that it would be ready in 7 minutes (which I was fine with, I understand how busy places can get).I waited in my car for 10 minutes and went back in to be told “it’s just coming out now, should be ready in a couple minutes” by another employee. So I sat down and waited. After 10 more minutes, I asked ANOTHER employee what’s the status of my order to be told, “it should be another 5 mins”.At this point, if I hadn’t paid for my order I would’ve just cancelled it and walked out, but I already paid, so I sat down and waited another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, I asked if there is any update with my order and I was told AGAIN that “it’s just coming out now, should be ready in a couple minutes”. After hearing this AGAIN, I reminded them that it’s been “just coming out” for the past 15 minutes, which the employee just kind of shrugged off (clearly did not care).Sat back down for another 5 minutes, and then FINALLY my order is ready. Got home and opened up our pizza to see it cut like THIS. There was clearly no care taken with my order and I’m pretty sure they started making everything when I got there to pick it up. Terrible experience, and definitely would not recommend

Got a plain old cheese and sauce pizza pie - absolutely delicious buttery crust, cooked to perfection. Will definitely be my new go-to spot, far superior quality at a good price. Highly recommended!

Been coming here for more than 15 years. The best pizza place in Markham. Their bread sticks are so good!

Fresh pizza, much better quality than the big franchise pizza's. Highly recommend if you like pizza.

We try to support our small local businesses and decided to order pizza from here as we haven't done so in years. I now remember why we stopped. We ordered 1 large Hawaiian (with pineapple and bacon) and 1 large thin crust Margherita (tomato, basil, provolone, mozerella, olive oil) and 1 small order of wings. The Hawaiian was tolerable only because the bacon provided some very needed flavour. Sadly, the Margherita was close to being not edible. The crust on both looked and tasted like the packaged pre-formed crusts you buy at the grocery store - that come with a little cello pouch of sauce and you add your own toppings - doughy, boring, blah!. No one is going to be able to convince me that they make their own crust. There was absolutely no flavour on the Margherita and it didn't even come with REAL basil - they used dried. Even grabbing a ton of fresh basil leaves from our garden to add on top didn't do much. It's important to point out that the Margherita was $23.95.....NINE DOLLARS MORE THAN THE HAWAIIAN. Wings were nothing special - in fact the small order of 8 didn't even all get eaten (this...from a family that LOVES wings). We don't order out often. Our total bill was over $55 and from the first bite we wished we spent it elsewhere.

Lasagna was very nice. We enjoyed it. The sandwiches were nice overall.

I wrote an earlier review on here but I don’t think it was posted for some reason ? so I’ll try this again. This is a fantastic little mom and pop pizza joint. The pizza is flat out delicious. Way better than the myriad of cookie cutter conglomerate pizza joints around here. And the prices are very reasonable. Personally I like the “first choice” pizza with extra cheese. Mushrooms, bacon, pepperoni i think. The crust is delicious, golden brown. The toppings are quality. Even my 90 year old mother loves the pizza from this place and she’s IMPOSSIBLE to please! Friendly staff. Don’t let the odd location in an industrial plaza fool you. This is a hidden gem. I wish i had found it sooner. Cmon people, support a local mom and pop small business like this one. We need places like this.
