My order didn’t get delivered both times. Order is paid for at the time of ordering even received a confirmation email but the food never arrived. I left a voicemail and also send message to let them know the food never arrived.
Next day I received an apology message and they delivered the food and refunded my money. Good customer service and follow up.

Ordered twice and no food was delivered. All paid for at the time of ordering and received confirmation email after placing the order. Both times nothing was delivered. Called their phone umber multiple time's but no answer. Refund was issued after few days but it's definitely inconvenient when you're expecting delivery for your party and now need to run out to do last minute groceries.
