I was absolutely delighted by the cake that I received! It was my grandma’s 90th birthday celebration and our family hasn’t had a big gathering in a long time. I volunteered to get the cake, but then soon became stressed about sizing, wording, colour, etc. My friend recommended Panash Bakery on Hwy 7 and after speaking to an employee there, it helped me make my decision quite quickly. She gave me suggestions and explained the process to me, but since the manager wasn’t there she advised me to return back to get a quote for a customized cake. I was sold really quickly because of the professionalism, how understanding and accommodating they were. I ordered the fruit fiesta for the filling, but I had particular requests (e.g, minimal white frosting, chinese message 福如東海 壽比南山, and 2 壽桃). When I spoke to the manager, she knew right away about what to avoid on a 90th birthday cake in Chinese tradition, so she was also able to give me suggestions on what they could do. The baker 師傅 did a fantastic job and totally went above and beyond with the design of the cake. I never knew they could make cakes like this here. The baker even helped us carry it out to the car because the cake was heavy.I think they had to use 3 boxes to put the cake into a box to be transported. It was very creative! They made the box look like a house and had a clear window on the side so you could peek inside to check on the cake. Everyone loved the cake at the celebration, both young and old were all trying to snap a picture of the cake. We had a huge crowd just stand in front of the table taking pictures of the cake. Everyone complimented on the adorable touch where the baker put a doll resembling a grandma as a cake topper. People were asking if they could take it home because it was so cute, but of course granny got to keep it. The fruit was fresh and the icing was not heavy at all. The elders enjoyed the cake as it wasn’t too sweet and the younger people were lining up for seconds. There were compliments all around about the cake. It was an awesome choice for me to choose Panash. I would definitely be recommending this place to others for cake. Thank you so much for the amazing and beautiful cake!

The bread is good and comes in many varieties. But I don’t understand why all the bags that contain bread don’t have the kind of seal that makes it difficult to preserve bread. It is not so convenient to tie the knot manually. Some loaves are so large that it is difficult to tie them in plastic bags.

Be careful when buying cakes. You may make mistakes. Please check carefully. It was obviously tiramisu, but when I got home, I realized that I was given the wrong Oreo cake.

The taste of egg tarts is nostalgic, but in reality, they're not particularly special. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat them.令人懷念嘅蛋撻味道,但係其實冇乜特別,唔會專登去食。

We’ve come many times here to order many items. The bakery buns are very soft and flavourful, and we usually get the bacon, sausage, and curry beef buns. The mochi is very soft and not too sweet, with the matcha red bean mochi our favourite. The milk tea and pudding here is also great. Since we visit often, the membership/rewards plan here is worth it and helps us earn points+save money. The cakes here are also great, and we tried the hojicha chestnut cake which had a nice tea flavoured cake with chestnut cream.

Nice cakes and pastry chef can make different kinds of chinese zodiac sign alive, he can make dragon, a pair of rooster and hen. the outlook is very attractive.

more expensive than the average asian bakery, but worth it! it seems to cater to younger people, having a rewards system, being a bit newer and fancier, having more experimental/fusion items but saw lots of po pos appreciating it too, so you know it’s legit. everything i tried was very fresh and delicious, especially the char siu baos. super high quality filling with bigger chunks of pork. the bun in the photo is a day old and squished on my way to the airport but still one of the best char siu baos i’ve had. the one thing i tried and wasn’t really impressed with was the curry donut —but still not bad. and as i was about to pick up a bun, one of the employees carrying a fresh tray told me to grab a fresh one instead which i really appreciated. will definitely be back!

Mango is so sour and sour! Next time I want to ask if it’s sweet or not, it’s better to buy first.

Panash specially ordered a cake to give to a friend. The chef was so thoughtful and made it beautiful! I especially made a cat-shaped birthday card, which was very thoughtful and included the words "Master Class". It's so beautiful! The cake is very delicious! It’s not too sweet?????? Highly recommended?

First time buying from this bakery . Some products were pretty good , especially their egg tarts. But their custard bun has mold so obviously it has gone bad. Which was very disappointing.
