I would like to give a 0 if there is any. We ordered popcorn chicken party tray online at their website. We called in advance to confirm the price through is in cash 55 dollars straight. When we arrived to pick up the food, I was told that I needed to pay $62.15. They said because we did not order through phone calls that’s why the price was difference. They did not mention anything over the phone. It is such a bad experience which I doubt that’s how they scam their customers. I don’t think they value their customers because the attitude they show was very rude. It makes us feel it’s our fault and we should pay the price difference. Be aware when you order online or through the phone next time.

Food is actually pretty good. However, I went one time, and I was taking an average to longer time to decide which item to eat (there was no line behind me). The man at the cash rudely jumps in and says YOU HAVE 30 SECONDS TO ORDER!”. Real condescension. I ordered it to go, and never came back since. I don’t expect super high service levels, but I also want to feel like a bother when I’m coming to support.

Ordered food online and gave our food allergies. It’s a really nice touch when they reach out to you and call you of the possible contaminate from our allergies and food we ordered.Food was amazing. We ordered the bento boxes, they are just amazing deals, good portions for price! I personally love the wasabi paste they add on the chicken teriyaki (don’t worry it’s not too spicy), it was a very great compliment to the dish.Only reason why food is 4 stars, food could use a dash of salt.Love the popcorn chicken!

Food is really nicely priced, but there was not really much meat nor veggies. Just alot of rice. The popcorn chicken is really good though ,which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Service and atmosphere is OK.

Solid 4/5. Prices are excellent, lower than most places you'll find in this economy. The bento box is a pretty fair size for $9.99, very good amount of rice to toppings ratio. Side dishes are also fairly priced also.
