Received an undercooked pizza. Manager was not helpful and very rude. Did not rectify the situation. Will not be ordering from them again.

We ordered 2 boxes of pizza and one of the pizza had all the cheese slide out to one side. We called them and they said to come back they'll look at the pizza and give us another one. When I went back, the girl at the counter said she's the one that cut it and no way this could've been their mistake. She was absolutely rude and did not take responsibility. I wasn't asking for my money back. Do not blame the customers. She first blamed the driving well how did one pizza come out good and the other bad, same car, she just didn't cook one pizza properly allowing the cheese to stick. We didn't even take a single slice from the messed up pizza, so what do I gain from going back to the store wasting my time and gas?At the end I walked out and left the pizza, as I didn't want to hear the attitude coming from the young lady.

We just discovered papa John's and absolutely love it. Our last 4 pizza orders have been from here. First 3 times we picked up our order and it was great. No issues. 4th time we ordered for delivery and although the quality of the food was still good. We waited for over 45 minutes for the delivery. Found the wait time very long, especially for just one pizza.

We had one of the bad experience in this location ordering a food and they will make a mistake after waiting 50 minutes they will cancel your order and when you contact them The manager of this location answer the question is very rudely and and aggressive. And they were telling me why are you ordering through Uber? We do have our own delivery I and in my experience for the franchise owners, who is hiring managers. they have to be careful because they're going to lose their clientele.
