Omg, where do I start? They were amazing from start to finish. Rod and Iresh were lore than welcoming. They served delicious food and whipped up the tastiest drinks (basic bus off menu) and as a server I noticed zero annoyance at that reqiest iykyk! They're my stay extra pleasurable with the extra personal touch 20/10 would recommend

Quiet restaurant located in the hotel. Was not busy so our food came out fast. Took longer to make our drinks. Server wasn’t the most attentive. Never refilled our waters and we weren’t offered desserts/coffee or additional drinks. Even when we had some folks join us after we paid they weren’t offered anything. Food was fine, large portions.

Great portion of food for takeout BUT I had to ask for napkins and ketchup. I noticed my wrap didn't have avocado like advertised and asked - they assured me it had.. it did not. Server misheard or got my number wrong to call and kept insisting I didn't know what I said to her.

I have never had the need to write a review until now, don't usually have the time or patients to. This is the first review i am writing because I need to make sure other people who are thinking about booking this place don't get burnt. I just stayed at the Park Inn Markham from September 11th to September 14th 2023. The pictures they show look nice, the actual not so much. I was given a room on what they call the 1st floor which is really the basement (you go down the elevator one floor) next there laundry room where all the hotel workers are doing laundry for the entire hotel. The maintenance room and other storage rooms are also there. The direct access door from outside for this floor had no lock and prostitutes were in and out using the hallway bathrooms. the hallway carpets were all stained and dirty. The room carpets were just as dirty and the bedspread and sheets had stains on them (went to Walmart to buy a blanket and pillow) because I refused to sleep on ones supplied by them, left them both there because refused to take them once they touched their sheets. Also key cards for the room needed to be reprogrammed each night, when you returned to your room each evening they didn't work. I politely requested a change of room to the upper floors and was dealing with a very nice and polite gentlemen the evening of the 12th. He informed me that they were fully booked for the evening but would make sure they had a room for me the next day. I informed him that I would return from work at 5pm the next day and could he please make sure the room was held. He stated it would be held and it would not be a problem, and he noted it in the computer. I intentionally left work early the next day so I could get my room and arrived at the hotel around 4pm. I informed the woman at the counter what had transpired the night before and she was about to change my room when the woman next to her serving another customer jumped in and said no we are fully booked. I kindly explained again about the condition of the rooms down in the basement and that I was assured i would get a room change to which she replied you needed to be here by 3pm. I explained to her that it was 4pm and that the gentlemen the night before said 5pm would be ok. She refused and stated we are full, she was rude and belligerent and should not be working in a service industry. Her name is Muskaan and a company like the Radisson should not employ people like this in an industry that relies on customer service skills. Since I had arrived early intentionally to to get a replacement room and didn't get one and I didn't want to spend anymore time than I had to in those disgusting accommodations I hung around the lobby where I witnessed various people coming in to ask if they had any rooms and were checked in after I was told by this employee (Muskaan) with zero customer service skills who doesn't belong in a service industry that there was no available rooms. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, if you are thinking of staying here, DON'T.

Totally recommend this Bar and Grill. Tucked away in an industrial park area, attached to the Park Inn by Raddison. It is understated from the outside but worth going in for their food and customer service. More people from the hotel should eat here. Convenient, competitive and all our food was freshly prepared. I will come back here.

Big parking space, friendly welcoming staff really helpful. The room is nice and the bed is great, the a/c works just perfect. The only bad thing is that the room has a little bit of humidity smell and some stains in the bathroom. The pool is nice and big, the sauna room is great and clean but the hot tub it's a different story yellow stains all over it.

Room/bathroom was not cleaned. On checking we were informed that housekeeping will come after 3 nights. Room smelled musky. Bedding needs to be updated. Staff were overwhelmed. Way access but closed to major construction. This hotel should be your last option.

The food was amazing! Homemade! Everything we ordered was delicious and reasonably priced! Our server was pleasant and efficient. The restaurant wasn't busy which is an absolute shame because it was the best part of our experience at the hotel. Skip a meal delivery if you are staying at this hotel and eat in the restaurant instead

Beautiful lobby but the corridors were filthy. in the bedroom there were cobwebs on the ceiling and a condom wrapper was lying on the floor next to the bed. Pool was good but the spa was out of service

Not clean; very noisy at the pool; bad odors in every corridor; no room service (I had to pick up the food at the restaurant). Plastic plates, plastic forts, plastic, plastic …. Don’t bother asking information about Toronto, they won’t answer. Avoid at all cost.

I had the steak and eggs breakfast and it was delicious!! Hands down one of the best steaks I've had in a long time from a restaurant. Seasoned perfectly and very tender and juicy. The eggs where just how I like them and the home fries where nice and crispy. I fell bad for asking for steak sauce when I ordered my steak. Highly recommend this restaurant well worth the money.

Terrible experience. We stayed for two nights. Noisy room and not very clean. Beside this, they hold a caution from you and when you text them to have the money back, they say they will answer asap but I'm still waiting. Very disappointed. Even free is not worth a penny. I prefer to pay more if i knew it.

I was aware in advance that you get what you pay for with this hotel. I was under no illusion that 150 bucks will get you a basic room for the night with limited amenities. Having said that the house keeping was infrequent only offering to change the bed sheets and towels once during my five day stay. The staff at the front desk didn’t seem very enthusiastic about their job, they looked fed up most of the time. I wasn’t allowed a bottle opener in my room so I was told to either bring my bottled drinks to the bar to open them or buy one myself from the local shop - not exactly ideal. The hot tub was extremely hot. I asked reception if it could be turned down and was told that I would need to call maintenance to do that. A small nitpick would be the pillows which were like carrier bags and offered zero support. Overall the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. Dated decor with brown wall paper and orange carpets, throughout. On the plus side, the food was decent and drinks were reasonably priced. The bar staff were much friendlier than the hotel staff. A one night stay is perhaps all that most people would manage in this hotel, after three nights it began to feel like I had outstayed my welcome.

Woke last night to the sound of thunder. How far off i sat and wondered. Started humming a song from 1962….the night moves when you just aint got much to lose..the thunder was the broad next door getting laid.
