This is a hidden gem of a pizza place… that I am about to expose. To start the owner is like the nicest most social guy you’ll ever meet. I’ve never been to a pizza place, yet even a business where the owner will actually talk to you like a person, …and not just another customer. The pizza is hands down the best pizza in Markham! Everything is fresh… they actually care about what they are serving you. You can also eat at the brewery with plenty of seating. The owner even brought us our pizzas and in addition gave us a romantic candle ?️ as it was our date night :) Don’t forget to try the dips… house made, and one of the best dips I’ve ever tried. I will definitely be back for more pizza when I am in Markham. Thanks again! And keep up the great work :P

One of the best pizza I have ever tasted in my life the dough melts in your mouth, I got a margherita and Ian was so nice he gave me a third pie for free and when you order at Patterson make sure you order the brisket, the meat melts in your mouth, the pizza looks like a painting a type of pizza you would get at one of the best pizzerias in Italy, I would even say this pizza is better than badialis, the dough is so good I can’t describe it, the brisket in my opinion was the best one and of the best pizzas I ever had, talented guy very personable, I wish Ian all the best and hopefully you open your own restaurant cuz you got talent

You should go NOW for Patterson Pizza and beer at Rouge River Brewery for Markham!!! My favourite is the prosciutto with hot honey, garlic and basil. Fresh creamy dipping sauce. Courteous and enthusiastic service from Ian!!!
