very good food for a quick chinese restaurant. i have been here a few times with a friend they do have high reviews and deserve to. The food comes out hot and fresh and they have a variety of options. furthermore, they have very good technology where you can order from your phone which is impressive.

Outside of the baked rice/noodle dishes, this place is avg imo. They do serve big portions which is nice. It's your typical HK cafe. The parking lot here is pretty decent and usually there isn't that much trouble finding parking. It's tucked in a plaza right across from the police station in markham. My go-to is usually a baked chicken dish with added cheese. The beef chow fun is surprisingly decent (can't eff that up right?)For soup noodles the only one I can really recommend is the yunnan vermicelli in fish broth. The other rice or noodles (the ones that are NOT baked) are actually kinda hit and miss. One of my friends has ordered spare ribs with string beans over rice and she received too many bony or insanely fatty pieces of rib which means the meat quality is slightly lacking. My other friend ordered fried pork chips over rice and the pork chips were slightly on the dry side.Phoenix is like the fast, casual meal that you go to with your friends if you can't think of anything else to eat (I can't even call it affordable tbh because they raised their prices so much).

For the price, you can’t go wrong. Food comes out quick, good value, and tasty.I recommend the satay beef with udon soup for breakfast with hot milk tea and condensed milk toast (included). The beef is nice and tender and broth is good. The chicken teriyaki steak with eggs is good too or a simple pork sausages with eggs and toast.Someone told me their Hainanese Chicken Rice is supposed to be delicious, but I haven’t had a chance to try it. It’s only available after 11 a.m.Pay cash for discount. About $30 for 2.They also have Kids Meals, not sure if it’s all day or after breakfast.

I ordered fried chicken leg and they gave me fried chicken wings for takeout. So disappointed how their staff can even mess up the order when they're not even busy. There prices is not even cheap considering they only take cash or debit.Make sure to check your takeout!
