Went here today for my lunch with 7 yr old daughter. We ordered a plain cheese slice. My daughter (who only eats cheese slice from PN) said it didn't taste the same. We usually order from our local PN but were in this area so decided to pop in. My daughter took a few bites and told me it was dry. I took a bite and noticed the same..it lacked sauce and was mostly the pizza doe with cheese. I went back and mentioned it to the owner..he got so defensive and didn't even give me a chance to explain. I did not go back for money but wanted to ask for a fresh slice if he had it. He asked me how i paid and told "no no all pizza is the same..i made it myself ..im the owner..this is the best pizza" I'm assuming his wife was working with him and she chimed in. She picked up the slice ..squeezed it and told me look bc it is not dry...oil from the cheese was dripping out. So i tried to remain cool bc it is simply not worth arguing over. They both were defensive..offended and seemed to jump to conclusions without even giving me a chance to talk. I told them they were overreacting and left. At this point I didn't care or bother to see if they did the refund. The wife came out and had the cash in her hand. I was getting into the car. As she gave it to me I again tried to tell her that her and the owner/husband weren't hearing me out and in front of a child were not acting appropriate. She was offended again and said I "twisted what shes saying". Anyhow..my daughter was so upset thst when I offered to buy her pizza from our regular location she didn't even want to eat pizza anymore. These owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves. They have poor communications skills..seemed to be having a terrible day and took out on me unfortunately, terrible listening skils...I would NEVER go to this location again. Even if I was paid to go back ...I would NEVER want to face these people again. There are plenty of amazing PN locatons....do not bother with this one. Pizza Nova head office should train these franchisees about Customer Service 101.

Walked into location at 6050 Highway 7 in Markham ordered a medium walk, paid and sat down to wait. 15 minutes I went to check on my order and they totally forgot to make it. Very disappointing since I am the only customer in store and I get forgotten. No sorry no emotion. Just give me 6-7

I made a mistake when i first ordered on its website, the customer service is really helpful , they fixed my orders and allowed me to pick it up at another store.
Male employee did not wash his hands after receiving my cash. I told him to please wash his hands. He replies "the pizza is going to cook anyway".I'm very disappointed. I reached out to customer care after I requested my refund at the store from a female coworker. I explained that York region health codes were being violated. Unacceptable disgusting behaviour. Nobody wants to get sick.The company reached out & left a voicemail with an apology. Unfortunately I will never eat at any of their locations ever! If you want a clean location go visit any other pizza restaurants. Take care & God bless.

Very unsanitary!! The employee touched the ordering screen and he didn’t wash his hands before touching food. I asked if he can at least wear gloves and he said “there are no gloves” he then proceeded to tell me that he “washed” with water.. wow I guess water is now considered soap lol

I think I am tired and fed up of all commercial pizza places now. The price for a deluxe slice is okay I guess!!! If it tasted or looked like a deluxe pizza Slice. Lacking a taste and cheese and sauce.I wouldn't go here again.

Two times in a row now, I have received rock hard, burnt party sized pizzas. The crust was inedible, and it tasted like a campfire.I didn't complain the first time, but I've had enough. I called the customer service line and they told me to write an email and attach photos, which I did. And 24 hours later I get a bounce back saying that the email wasn't delivered due to the Pizza Nova system not working.So, I've written here. As I said to the agent on the phone, I don't want any money back. But I want the restaurant owner to know I won't ever be back and why, considering how expensive things have gotten. I will have to go back to the Nova at Boxgrove, as they never over cooked a pizza.
