My parents ordered two pizzas from here. One of them turned out to be well overdone, even though they didn't order that. The boxes were sealed, and luckily my parents checked them and complained. The worker hesitated to help, insisting that the pizza was supposed to be like that, even though it was clearly burning and overdone. Eventually they replaced the overdone pizza, but it's not the first big issue we have had with this location. Proceed with caution.

*Ask For Your Receipts Every Time You Dine-In Please*I went to Pizza Nova yesterday around 7:52pm, and let me tell you, it was quite an experience. I ordered two slices of pizza, a dip, and a mini Nutella jar. I specifically asked for a receipt because I wanted to leave a review. But when I asked for it, the cashier quickly mentioned that she had charged me for an extra slice. I was okay with it and asked for the receipt again, but things started going downhill from there.She kept giving me excuses for not being able to print the receipt. First, she said she couldn't find it, then she claimed that the receipt printer was broken. I even offered to take a photo of our interaction, but that's when I realized something fishy was going on. The "extra pizza slice" turned out to be added as a $6.50 tip on top of my bill. This is not only fraudulent but also makes me wonder how many others might have been scammed like this.I'm shocked and upset about the whole incident. All I wanted was a receipt for a review, and instead, I ended up with this unpleasant experience. It's really important for businesses to provide accurate receipts and not add unauthorized charges. I think it's worth reaching out to Pizza Nova's customer service to report what happened. They need to be aware of this and take appropriate action. The food is only cooked around the edges, the middle is not cooked at all, and the clerk tells you 15 minutes, but it is not, I have waited 40 minutes, and I have talked to them in the middle, and each time I tell you that it is five minutes. This is a very low level shop, will never go again!

This evening (Tuesday, June,13th) I went to get a slice of Nonna’s Favourite and I noticed that some of the vegetarian slices when being cooked are sometimes on the same pizza as meat slices. Otherwise, the slice was very flavourful and the young cashier serving me was very kind.

I have given numerous opportunities with different orders and every time my pizza comes over cooked or wrong, wings are dried out like needles why can’t they get our order right? It is constant struggle with this location.

The tables were pretty clean but the place felt more empty since there were fewer tables that were further apart from each other. They heated up the pizza quickly, and there was a nice set of add-ons that made my meal a lot better despite it just being a regular pepperoni pizza (ie. Hot sauces, chillis, etc.). The crust was soft yet crispy despite it being on display for a while.

Total lack of hand hygiene.Your cashier this afternoon (Friday May 12th) was touching all the slices with his bare hands when he was putting them in the display cases and when he was removing them to serve customers, in between touching the slices with his hands he was taking coins and money from customers, using his phone, wiping the counter and then going to the kitchen and breaking apart the frozen shredded cheese with his bare hands.Throughout all this he did NOT wash or sanitize his hands.Totally unsanitary.
