Washroom is purposely out of order. They will give you a key when they realize you are a customer.Washroom had no soap. No hand sanitizer at the store. I had to use a tissue to eat my pizza. Horrible service.

Not what a pizza should be… as you can see in the picture there’s barely any sauce, cheese or chicken on most slices. Also tastes hard and stale. I don’t blame pizza pizza, I blame this location. I been to much better pizza pizza locations where the pizza actually tastes great. Please management add more cheese and toppings!!! I called the main line customer service and they were wonderful so gave an extra star.
I have ordered pickup countless times from the Markham Main st. location. Consistently made pizza with an excellent ratio of topping to crust, ingredients are fresh, cooked perfectly, everything is clean...Always timely and the staff are friendly and welcoming. All around a great Pizza Pizza store! What more can you ask for?
