This place smelt like absolute filth. I couldn’t believe it I’ve never smelt such a disgusting place in my life. I’ve eaten Popeyes my whole life and I haven’t smelt such stench for my entire existence. Please have some decency and make your place smell like a Popeyes restaurant not a sewage. Popeyes has amazing chicken but this location made me gag and I honestly had to take a 5 minute breather outside within 10 seconds of entering your location.

I am a frequenter of this store (because it is closer to my home) and because it is a busy store, I have always tolerated some of their mistakes. But this time I can't stand it. I want to talk about your problems. First: is the work attitude, if your shop does not have chicken wings you have to make it clear to the customer in advance, not wait for the customer to find out and then explain. Second: the quantity is wrong to admit, do not wait for the customer to find later make up. Third: When you make a mistake, admit it, not justify it. Because every customer knows what you are selling, what should be included in the package, and not your sentence can be solved. Summary: This is a dishonest and very bad attitude of the store, I hope you do your job, but also hope that you read this comment can be corrected.

This is not my local popeyes as I'm not a Markham native but I HAVE been to this Popeyes numerous times. I usually order nuggets at this store and I will say, despite all the negative reviews of this place, this store has consistently thrown in 2 dipping sauces into my bag whenever I get my 8 pc nuggets. Most establishments only give you 1. Aside from this, it's true that the service is shotty. There's one girl who is actually friendly and hooks you up with extra chicken here and then. But the rest of the staff I've witnessed being rude or just negligent. The other thing I want to point out is that they are one of a few stores in Markham that has the Gold Peak tea machine. However, all the drinks from the machines are not cold coming out of the machine (they are in fact lukewarm) so you HAVE to get ice. But it's funny because the machine NEVER has ice so it's a catch-22. You want more drink so you put less ice but you can't put less ice because you need a cold drink, but you can't get a cold drink because there's never ice in the machine LOOOOOL. One of the bigger Popeyes stores I've been to. Has quite a bit of seating for dine in. I usually get my bone-in chicken at two Popeyes closer to me.
Am so disappointed with Popeyes at Hwy 7, so me and my friend stopped by to have a quick lunch since we were too hungry, Popeyes is always our first choice but this branch has messed up everything. We ordered for large fries and we had to repeat the order 3 times and when it was served, the lady had to put a paper foil first in a box and she put very less fries inside, we asked them why the order was soo small and they said that’s the portion but then they insisted on adding more fries!!! Me and my friend always order for large fries on other outlets and it’s always enough but the portion served at HWy 7 is so miserable and it’s the fries got black condiments that made the fries sour so the taste was soo bad and not worth our small money☹️☹️ we couldn’t eat , we decided to trash everything and we left hungry
