Took my family here for dim sum on Sunday, the food was good but the service was just absolutely awful. If you don’t speak Chinese the host and servers just brushes you off and pretends like they don’t understand you.We had to ask the server 2-3 times before they would bring my kids any water or condiments during our meal. What bothered me was after we asked for something, instead of bringing what we requested we would see the servers go back to their group and chit chat with each other. When they gave us the bill, the server tried charging us extra for the tap water they brought for our kids.Again, food was good but service was just absolutely awful. We won’t be coming here again.

Not the best, but not the worst. One of the last few places that have an early bird dim sum special. Order has to be entered into the sytem by 11 am.Har gow 4/5 thin skin and nicely seasoned. Skin did not break but less visually appealing than other places.Fung jow 3.5/ 5 good tasteSnow pea leaves and Mushroom cheung fung 2/5 , snow pea leaf was old and chewy + Mushroom lacked and depth of flavor and very small portionsEel vu gok . It had potential but serve cool. 2/5Tea - 4/5 they have individuals packaged so you can control the strength and have a candle to keep it warm.Service- 4/5 it was less busy, so maybe that is why we got great service- polite and cleared dishes very often. Also they had less attitude today for some reason.Repeat - maybe every two to three months. Their sister restaurant is Grandure restaurants in Chartwell plaza with similar early bird promotions.

This is the worst dim sum place and service we had. The server asked us to pay more tips as we already paid more than 10% and when we rejected to pay more, she told us if we cannot pay more tips then why don't we do the take out. They didn't serve us anything at all, why we have to pay extra. I will never go there again.

We enjoy dim sum and it’s always great to find a new outstanding restaurant. Glitzy Palace has a full (picture) menu, with our regular choices and some new, sme spicy. Their BBQ pork bun, squid tentacles and jar how, are nominated as our best ever. Way better than in Hong Kong!

Don't let the name fool you. This palace is not ritzy at all. First, this place is dirty, it doesn't take too long to find dirty bowls on our big table. We found at least 3 that need to be replaced. Second, the service is non-existent, there are staff but they are roaming around like a headless chicken and some even give you attitude when you try to interact with them. They all look miserable and frustrated, as if they are going through menopause or midlife crisis (going off track here but seriously, if they don't want to be there, they should either seek help or find elsewhere to work). There were some issues but had to solve it by ourselves such as not using the dirty bowls (used plates instead), stacking up an extra chair for a kid (the restaurant didn't have booster seat), and making sure the Lazy Susan does not turn into Leaning Tower of Pisa (we got scolded for not knowing how to use it properly, one of their staff gave us the attitude with a mind saying, "don't you know physics?!") Third, the tea, normally they would prepare those for you in a pot (or pots for big table), but for this place, they expect you to make the tea yourself, in a small glass pot. And it's not loose tea, but packaged one from the supermarket. A very unusual thing to do in a Chinese restaurant. Fourth, undercooked food, there were at least two dishes (chicken and pork) that were undercooked. Fifth, food portion is small, not much meat in the lobsters (mostly going through the shells) and fish (done in fairly tiny fried balls) So do yourself a favour, skip this place and find another one that treats you like a customer, and not a nuisance.

There was a 10 yuan coupon, the original price was 160 yuan, the discount was 150 yuan. We gave him a tip of 15 yuan, but the person who collected the money was still unwilling and said that the original price was 160 yuan. I didn’t understand what he meant, and then my mother-in-law gave him more. 3 yuan and he left. I am completely speechless, just to ask for an extra 3 yuan? Isn’t it voluntary for consumers to tip more or less? I'm willing to give 3 yuan to a beggar, but I don't like greedy people asking for it.

The morning tea and snacks are great, especially the jelly cuttlefish and wagyu beef, which is worth a try.

So so dim sum , price does not reflect value of the actual foodDinner is not bad but nothing really outstandingOk restaurant n vibe is just ok where many other restaurants have high ceiling but not this one ... I feel tightness in seating without much head room.

Dine out should be enjoyful, every guests should receive a Great service, Great food and a Nice atmosphere. Tonight, we has definitely enjoyed our foods and frankly quite amazing Thursday here at Ritzy Palace Chinese Cuisine.Ordered two dinner sets and extra Roasted Peking Duck (two courses), really delicious and truly satisfyingly with a full stomach. To be honest, not many Chinese Restaurants allow you to order more than one dinner set and with extra seasonal promotion special offer. I guess the Chefs are winning the horse racing game tonight, the overall foods are well prepared and good portion size...Even the menus does not mention a dessert, guess what, we have a happy ending " A Free dessert" for everyone...

Dim sum here is amazing, one of the best. The portions are large and there is a great variety of dishes. Service is fast, the staff is attentive. The food is authentic, fresh, hot and tasty. The egg tarts are really flaky and the perfect amount of egg insides. I would dye l definitely recommend this place to anyone who is new to dim sum or to anyone who has had dim sum for ages.
