I’ve always liked the products we bought from this store. But there’s this instance when my husband bought me cheese tarts but didn’t get to enjoy them mainly coz of the packaging. It got ruined even if we just walked from the mall to our car. I hope management get to think of a better packaging for these type of products.

March 23 2024. Just bought a BBQ Pork Roll. It went bad, how does 叉燒酥 taste sour and stinky? I’m about to puke ?. I was a loyalty customer ever since this location opened. Feeling so disappointed. PLEASE! $3.25 for a rotten meat roll???!!!Imagining when you’re starving and u take a bite of this meat roll, GOSH!!! PLEASE!!!

Several people were chatting but no guests were seen waving? Even though you saw it, you didn't come over to take a look. You had to get angry to come over? If a dog throws a bone in the past, it will run over. Aunts, if you don’t want to go to work, go home quickly. Don’t be an eyesore here.

Sure gone down hill from I remember. More expensive and using cheaper ingredients. Had to spit out part of both my beef curry bun and chicken bun as there was a peace of muscle in both. So gross. One is an accident but both buns. Yikes. Not worth the price here. Disgusting
Purchased a white chocolate strawberry cake on Monday, found out many things like tissue inside the cake. Horrible food quality!!

St Germain caters to the Asians and individuals who might not like pastries and dessert that are overly sweet. Great place to pick up custom cakes, small pastries and Swiss rolls.

Ordered a cake online. The reservation system is not good. I received a verification but when I got to the bakery, they did not have it and said the verification was not right. Luckily they had a extra cake in the display case. They would not honor the 10% discount for online orders though. Maybe that was why my order was lots. Poor customer service unfortunately.
