Located inside King Square shopping center, north of woodbine and 16th ave. This is by far the best food shop inside King Square. I was kinda blown away tbh. The food is very authentic. My friends and I ordered up PB1C (the party picnic box combo) to share. The box included sauteed shrimps, calamari, fishballs, fried chicken cartilage, grilled chicken, shrimp chips, mango salad and 3 sauces. On the side it came with mango sticky rice and 2 drinks. We chose thai milk tea (less sweet) and thai lime tea (less sweet as well). The food was SO TASTY. Seasoning was on point and the homemade sauces were FIRE. My fave was the peanut sauce. The thai lime tea was super unique imo. You don't really find that at many thai restos even the authentic ones downtown. I also loved the fact that you can adjust the sweetness level on the tea as well which is a welcome surprise. Normally, restos just give you a default level of sweetness.

TL; DR - Skeptical at first but glad I'm wrong - will be back to try more flavours!Typically not a fan of "Asian Fusion" because it's usually overhyped and not done well (perhaps I'm biased that the Asian dish usually gets a downgrade after fusing with Western style...). Never thought "Khao Soi" would fuse into anything else as it's delicious on its own! Well, it clearly works on a pizza.Tried their Khao Soi Seafood (had a nice mix of shrimp and calamari) pizza and Cheesy Corn. Both are fantastic! Being in pizza (thin crust) form, flavours weren't lost at all in the Khao Soi, tastes exactly like it, minus the crunchy bits and noodles. It's quite unique! Cheesy Corn is a creamy sweetness, excellent too - similar to Korean style pizzas. Can't dine at Thai restaurant without trying their Thai Milk Tea... Definitely a must! Very robust tea flavour and chose their "less sweet" option. Will try their full sweet option next time as it didn't taste like artificial syrup.Tidbits: Food court restaurant in a newer plaza with an abysmally designed parking lot. It was like a maze to get out. Online ordering is available and very convenient.Looking forward to returning.

Worth the hype. Thai street food.I know that King's Square tends to be quite empty (sometimes abandoned looking), but...You place your order online at their counter, show up in 15-20 minutes to a hot pizza.I ordered half veggie, half meat. Everything was delicious, well seasoned, excellent variety of veggies. Nice treat overall.

Ordered the N12 Tom Leng Zaap and the R4 Fried chicken garlic rice. Very good tasty portions for such a great price. Was too eager to eat the food so forgot to take pictures to add to this review, haha. Definitely recommended and will revisit again!Dietary restrictions: Was able to have the broth low salt and low spice which was nice!

SOI catered my baby shower and all my guests were SO impressed with the food. Favorites were the deep fried fish balls with tamarind sauce, green curry and fried chicken salad. Not only was the food a 10/10, the team was also professional and responsive. I can’t thank the team enough!!

Soi Snacks is a great spot for Thai Pizza and many other Thai street foods and of course Thai milk tea. What stood out the most to me was their incredible 2 flavor pizza. Not your average pizza. Every bite bursts with flavor. Although the pizza was my favorite the other items were just as amazing especially the Thai fried chicken paella. Not only is the food amazing but the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly and willing to explain all the dishes to you. Definitely going to visit next time I am in the Markham area.

Tried the 2 flavors pizza. It was really tasty. Personally I liked the curry flavor more. The price is a little bit high but the quality is great. The dough is well made thin with good quantity tops as well. The egg in the center is eye catching. Would recommend it and visit again.

Can’t come too much on the service as did take out. The Thai pizza was different and very tasty compared to traditional pizza. Had a lot of topping and very well made.On the other hand, the mango salad was okay but I’ve had better.

I wanted to try their pizza. You can have half and half. It was freshly prepared. It was hot, looked good and tasty but the crust missed the mark. It was a bit hard. Store staff was friendly.

The pizza combines Thai flavors with the classic appeal of pizza, offering a unique taste experience. We tried the two-flavor pizza, and the first bite was impressive – crunchy crust loaded with plenty of toppings. While the price was a bit high, the experience of trying this fusion was truly memorable and worth it. If you're nearby, it's definitely worth a taste to enjoy this unique culinary adventure.

If you love pizza and/or Thai food, you must try their very special and yummy pizzas! I have heard many good reviews and been curious about their pizzas. So I recently got a green curry pizza for a party and am so glad that all my friends loved it. I also love that the shop owner and everyone working at this place are very nice and friendly.

Tried Soi Snacks for the first time and it was extremely delicious! We tried the two flavour pizza ( the Tom Yum and Spicy Basil ) and it was so fresh, flavourful and crispy. It was definitely the highlight of our meal! We also got chicken cartilage, paella, and milk teas which were great. Definitely recommend checking Soi Snacks out !Huge shout out to the staff for their amazing service!

Loved Soisnack’s Thai fusion cuisine!!! It’s so unique and a hidden gem in both Markham and Etobicoke!! You gotta try their pizzas - they’re made fresh with very unique flavors like Green Curry!! The mango sticky rice was also very authentic. A 5 star all around ☺️

It's a food court stall in a half empty Chinese mall... But hear me out. This place is worth a visit to a half empty Chinese mall. The ladies behind the counter are the nicest people, explaining everything in their menu with pride, and told us we can customize the pizza as a half and half.We ordered half pizza with Korean cheese corn and the other half with spicy Thai pork. The pizza crust is thin, crispy, and had enough substance to sustain the massive amount of toppings on each side. There was no soft or soggy spice in the square pie, just perfectly thin and crisp pizza with fresh toppings and great flavour. We also ordered their mango sticky people rice. It came warm, doused with a warm sauce made with condensed milk. It was the perfect end to a truly unique take on pizza. Will I visit again? Definitely, but next time I might ratchet up the spice level.
