I feel bad giving such a low rating … I had previously visited this restaurant before and had a good experience and decided to return.But I regret doing so… the food quality has drastically decreased and the service is so -so.We ordered the chicken briyani and the pieces tasted pretty stale… the idly and dosai very super sour … and didn’t taste fresh .Had to ask for water a few times before the water came … also the side dish ordered for the dosa and idily came out after we insisted that we ordered it to go with them..Only saving grace was the chicken 65.I hate giving bad reviews during the pandemic but this was just unfortunate!

I visited this restaurant multiple times during pandemic for both take out and dine in. Food ( certain items ) are very tasty and quantities are decreasing every time I go. Quantities are very less for the price they charge. Recently on Jan 31st we went to celebrate my husband's birthday and we were group of 12 . Our bill was around 350 all inclusive tax and Gratuity. When I went through the bill they have charged for extra onions ($1.25)and raita ($3 for 2 )we requested .we don't expect anything for free but on the same grounds we are surprised to see they charge you for small cup of onions and raita which is the size of ketch up packet we get for burger king.

I rarely give 5 stars but that mutton curry tasted amazing!! It was exactly like homemade, it didn't have that generic Tamil restaurant flavour, with the over powering of the curry powder! Had the king fish as well wasn't like moms but a different style with a little bit of sour but it was superb!

This is a very small restaurant. With less seating capacity. But their food is amazing. They have variety of Dosas and different South indian and Srilankan dishes. Prices are much better compared to other South Indian restaurants. Will definitely go again.

Kothu parotta was slushy which is definitely not a south indian kind of make, eggplant curry is not a kind of restaurant style, has pretty much of oil and we did feel bloated after sometime of having food. Mango lassi and paneer 65 was good thought

Customer service is horrendous. Ordered food for pickup, but came to find out that the lady on the phone totally messed up the order. Staff need to be educated on basic communication skills let alone customer service skills. Owner is a joke as well, did not try to resolve the issue in a polite and respectful manner. Not sure how they are still in business with such disgusting customer service. Swearing at customers is never a good idea when trying to run a business. Hopefully they can try to learn how to treat customers with more respect. Thank you.

So I drove into my favourite dosa corner - Southern Aroma!Those who are looking to experience a DISRUPTION in your choice of dosa must visit Southern Aroma!This one is for both veg & non-veg lovers!Dosa with stuffed dry mutton curry was my choice for the night...absolutely mouth watering feed! Along with egg, cheese, onions and the usual suspects.....Red chutney, Green mango chutney, Sambar and to satisfy the sweet tooth..a gulab jam!There were more on the menu...a selection of gourmet dosa, stuffed with eggplant, hawaiian, chicken curry, cheese...and the list goes on!!!!Oh...Remember to take your vaccine passports! You will get an extra smile if you adhere to the COVID- 19 restrcitions from their friendly staff!Thanks..Southern Aroma! We look forward to your innovative food choices!

Masala dosa had too much onion! Dosa had a bad consistency. Sambar had too much ghee! Very slow service! They did not follow limited capacity!

Ordered a chicken kothu here, was very bland and too much gravy before I even put it in myself. To top it off came with a tiny drumstick that was hard and rough. I ordered the same dish in the past and was nothing like my most recent experience. The quality was below par in relation to price.

words cannot describe what you will feel when enjoying your next meal at this amazing restaurant. Gardein chicken biryani is a great option for veggie lovers and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Butter paneer and spicy fries are also a few more mouth watering options you have to try!

This is one of my favourite restaurants ! Went there last night with friends! Nice cozy patio! The food was very delicious and flavorful specially the chicken 65 and naan. Service is always impeccable! Very nice and welcoming environment! From the moment we entered the restaurant to the moment we left we received incredible service. Staff is always friendly and orders are processed quickly.
