The vegetables were not fresh. There was not a single piece of tomato that was whole and edible. All the tomatoes were given were skin.

I’ve been going to this Subway for the last 5 years. The original owners left maybe 2 years ago and it came into new ownership. This Subway has changed for the worse and unfortunately due it’s closeness to work, I keep coming back. Being cheap with veggies and other items are all usual here. I’ve seen another person order and had to frequently request for more and the lady making the sandwiches kept getting frustrated whom I believe is part owner. After all that she asked if she could wrap the footlong separately and said no. Customer service is not there and trying to cheap out and make as much profit as they can per sandwich. If you get the subway coupons in the mail, be sure to show them after the sandwich is made. They have a sign at the beginning to show coupons to see if they’re accepted but this I believe is just a tactic. Show and scan your coupon after ordering. Really on the fence about driving further to another location but it might come to that point. Only giving 2 stars because the sandwich still tastes good but at a cost.

The lady making my sandwhich definitely looks like she doesn't want to be there. Short changed me on the veggies. Had to ask one more slice of tometoe, one more slice of cucumber etc...it's almost a game of how less veggies they can put on the sub each time you go to subway.You might of saved an extra slice of tomatoe or cucumbers but you just lost a repeating customer. Penny smart, dollar stupidThis is the problem with fast food now, nobody wants to give you enough veggies. Doesn't matter how good the meat protein is on the subs. If you try to short me on veggies everytime I just won't come back.Doesnt help that shes a little rude too. After I paid she just took some napkins and threw it on the counter and walked away. No thank no nothing, didnt even offer me a receipt. So I responded the same way took my sandwhich and left without a word. If I owned a business I would 100% not hire this lady to work for me

This place needs to be reported to the Government Authorities! They only accept CASH and over charged my kids! When I went back someone else said he cancelled his order and said his machine didn’t work! Scammer. Don’t go there!

The employee making sandwiches for us was in a bad mood from before and did not like when 3 of us entered the store and made the food as if we were eating there for free. Would not recommend going there in mornings.

The sandwich artist who’s been working there on Saturdays is very rude. Tried to redeem the free 6” that I got from the $25 gift card and she was adamant that only the classic subs are eligible and tried to push the cold cut. She should sign up for subway customer service training 101.

The server was improperly trained and did not know how to apply the coupon provided. She called the owner for instructions but still did not figure out. Without finishing the transaction, she went on to serve the next customer leaving me to figure out the payment machine. I figured it out in a few seconds (just needed to press "ok" button a few time). The server was very rude during the exchange. Although we initially wanted to stay there for lunch, after the incident, we decided to leave and not to go back if possible.

We have ordered two veggie patty footlongs toasted with cheddar cheese, more onions,more sauces and one with black olives..we didn't got black olives and there were hardly any onions and sauces. Also, cheese was not there on both subs. when we called the restaurant for our concern than one guy named ROHIT keep telling me that he made sub as per formula but customers are not fool as him. When i tell him that i want to talk with his manager so he didnt even passed the phone..so rude he is...he should learn how to make subs ..he needs more training in customer service as well..we are not ordering to face this kind of behaviour of any employees. I can understand friday's are busy but this not the way to talk with customer.. We are accepting reply for this behaviour as well as compensation for this wrong subs of $34.86.
