Would not recommend their takeout sushi platters, not a great bang for your buck. The rolls were the main problem - they were small and plain. The rolls were either small, one ingredient rolls (think the small cucumber maki) or california rolls - a lot of california rolls, probably 50% of the rolls were just california rolls. The size of the rolls overall were very small too, probably 1/2 of the rolls we get from other spots with similar pricing. The other spots we go to usually also have rolls with more ingredients in them (green dragon).I will say that the sashimi and the nigiri they included were great, no complaints there, but for a platter that is almost 50% rolls, the tiny rolls ruined it. A 70 piece platter is usually more than enough for my family, but not today.

Stopped here for lunch one day at work, sushi was great, they had my order ready in 5 minutes and was such a good price i thought they forgot to charge me for something because it was such a great price compared to other sushi

I love this place! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. And the prices are amazing! Why pay top dollar for the same service and food you’d get at an expensive restaurant? The server is such a lovely woman who has always given me excellent service every time I’m there. The food is prepared beautifully and quickly, and tastes amazing! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for good sushi. I suggest trying the Spider Roll. So good!!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, also you can make specific recommendations to adjust the orders if needed.

Very clean, not busy during the days, fresh high-quality fish. They take priority on in-person orders which is nice. You can be in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Always a great experience at Sushi Sushi Markham. Service is incredibly friendly and they never rush you. We have never had any issues with the food. Have tried the beef, chicken and miso fish Bento boxes. Friends have also had their sushi. Everything has been great. Highly recommend. Will be back.
