We loved the chicken from Swiss Chalet but this have changed.Chicken has NOT improved from a year ago the last time we have ordered. Chicken still dried and frankly taste got WORSE. Nice people working there. BYE BYE BYE Swiss Chalet - we are NOT coming back. This description and opinion was also shared among other people we know.. It was Tuesday night and place was almost empty. No amount of discounts will help this location unless quality of food will improved. Re-heated food does no taste good. We dine in or take out and does not make a difference.

The ladies at the drive thru Nora and Maihi are always so helpful and delightful to order from. Rhey are worth the drive thru wait times. They took the time to help me with a custom order tonight, giving me exactly what I wanted. My dinner was delicious :)

Service was awful , one food order missing which means my family couldn’t have their lunch together at family day’s long weekend because this branch cannot handle a simple 3 items order. Thank you Swiss Chalet!

Do you think it's a quarter chicken??!! It's even smaller than a potato!!! They offer double-leg chicken, and they also offer a quarter dark meat (actually it's the outcome is a tiny leg) MISLEADING CUSTOMER! When I complained to the waitress, she just said dark meat is a leg, of course I know, but don't mislead customer with a QUARTER CHICKEN!! And she kept saying $2 more for white meat. I don't care about that $2 more, the main point is the portion and misleading menu!!!

Very disappointed customers service we not recommend this place. I don't want give 1 star no any option here.very bad experience this place I ordered chicken and fries .but they give me chicken +rice .and I told them I ordered chicken + fries.they change my fries. Thy didn't told me they not available swisschalt blanch fries. They gave me regulat frozen frice. I dont know how come 1.30 thay dont have swiss chalet fries.I went many swisschalt locations I didn't have this kind bad experience and bad customer service take out..

Weirdly delicious the last two times I've ordered takeout from here. The food from this location has really hit the spot both times I've ordered from them so far.I'm no stranger to Swiss Chalet and I've come to expect a level of... Mediocrity from them that I probably don't really need to explain; it's Swiss Chalet. However, something about this location has made my meals particularly enjoyable and the staff so far have been very pleasant to deal with.
Today I went to Harvey's. Well kept facility, good service and if you attend the Chalet side it's clean, they serve the larger chicken.Parking: Very large parking area as it is in a commercial area.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

Restaurant was quite packed when we arrived but we did not have to wait long as the staff tried to prepare a table for our group as fast as they can. Our server, May, regularly checked in with us to make sure everything is alright and we had an enjoyable dining experience. Their honey garlic wings were great and the kids loved their Mighty Mac n' Cheez Balls.Kid-friendliness: Kids are provided with an activity sheet and crayons

Horrible services.We ordered and wait for 15 mins to not even get a water, I have to go and ask for my water.Later we are given the plates, which are dirty ones. I mean unwashed ones, only top one is washed. Have to wash my hands, that’s getting ridiculous. Also asked for 2 sets of utensils and 1 plate but got two plates and 1 utensil. So I have to help myself a lot.Then we have been waiting for 1 hour and after rounds of checks, finally get our food to start with. I notified the table beside us have already finished serving two groups. That’s crazy.
