I went there to buy coffee with bagel I was good but not very hot

I went to order two steep teas with cream and milk, and instead I got two coffees and they tasted horrible, and when I asked for a remake they didnt do it and instead I rude answer back from the manager and staff and they werent nice at all extremly bad customer service.This is very bad there making a bad rep for all of tims Im a tims lover myself but this really ruined experience,hope this improoves.

Food is okay, standard affair for Tim Hortons. Lovely, dense donuts. The service is abysmal, to the point of HAVING TO PAY for sugar in a hot chocolate, and no sleeves. Rude workers though I don't blame them, fast food is tough. Beyond that, the place is relatively dirty all throughout but not too bad. Wraps and sandwiches came out cold yet burnt.

Poor customer service! Zero hygiene!Most staff couldn't speak proper English!I bought a coffee and a cheese biscuit, So a lady put my biscuit into a big packet and gave it to me, suddenly another middle aged lady approached me, scolded me for that packet and she told me, I must take a smaller one,!I didn't even know they have different size of packets and I didn't ask that bigger one! She scolded me for nothing!They don't even know how to spell politeness!?Worst timmy ever!

Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Even their resolution resulted in me being scammed.Ordered 70cup Cannister for a funeral gathering. They charged me and said I need $100 cash for deposit. I didn't have cash so requested to get a refund so I can just order couple take12. There is apparently only one person in this location capable of giving any refund and she only comes on random days 7AM - 2PM. They proceeded to try to fill 5 take12 carboard boxes as a replacement. I refused because there is no point to having that much coffee unless it's kept hot with a cannister. I ended up taking couple take12 and said I'll come back for difference on the day they said the manager will come (Weds after the long weekend). Came back, no manager. They told me to call, no answer.I end up emailing head office and the manager finally contacts me. After arguing that I don't want to have tim card refund of $56 and being told they're a big coorporation that doesnt' just give refunds, they finally agreed to give cash after talking to this owner. The catch, I have to come between 7AM - 2PM, 30+min drive out as I only came there because of a funeral gathering. Here's the kicker: I finally get a chance to pick up refund when the manager is there: they give me $46 instead of $56. Yes, I'm dumb for just trusting the manager and rushing out to get to work on time when she already proved to be not trustworthy.100% avoid if you can. I don't know if I can ever go to a Tim Hortons ever again because of these people.EDIT: Added picture so you know I'm not just making this up. I did call the help center and email. It's all for show, other corporations at least will do something to makes things right. Not this one.

I had worst experience with this tim hortons i went on 11 march at 4:15 pm the lady at the drive thru was not friendly with me and i ask for a cup of hot water with 2 chai tea bags on side and on side 2 creams and sugar as well. But she said she will not give the cream and sugar on side until unless i will not buy the coffee from them. I never listen this thing before from any tim hortons.

Everything was fresh and hot. Although the egg barely filled half the my bagel and wasn't centered, it was good. Staff was efficient. I was happy to get napkins without having to ask.

Poor customer service and problem solving skills. The drive-through worker argued with me that I did not say "iced" when asking for a latte when I did. Communicated with them that rather than arguing with me, apologizing, and fix the problem. Because the worker made a mistake and put in a hot latte, it turned into an argument from the worker saying we were wrong and didn't ask for a cold drink.Money was returned, but at the end of the day, as a customer service worker myself, I would have promptly made the latte iced rather than ridicule and argue with me as a customer.
