I’ve never posted a poor review. My order was a take 12 and six pack of muffins. After charging me, The lady who was helping me, went to grab my coffee and came back. I started choosing my muffins and asked for blueberry, and she went for a doughnut. I told her that I had asked for muffins to which she responded with “you ordered doughnuts”. I reassured her that I had said muffins. She told me there was a two dollar difference. I guess her supervisor Then came over and charged me for an timbit and a coffee which cost me $2.70. It doesn’t feel nice being gaslighted as a customer. I hope their two dollars was worth it. Don’t think I’ll be going back there. Funny thing is I used to work there and customer service was never this bad.

I go to tim hortons and There is stff her way of talking is very bad i pay with cash and I forget to take my change and even she didn't give me my cash back .when i ask her for my change she said its your fault . And a old lady she saidits not your back home country . Soo itz request please improve the service and train your staff how to deal with customer . I totally recommend please don't go there . We have alot of tim hortons where staff welcome with smile.

It’s a detour for me but I prefer going to this one than 9251 Woodbine. The food and drinks are still hot and service is courteous.
They did their best to help me learn how to use the tim Hortons app, as I just downloaded it, and went through with it slowly with me, helping me get through all the functions and details to use the app.
