I would come regularly but encountered an unfortunate situation today and don’t think I’ll be going anymore. We noticed two tables that came later than us had their order come in and asked about our order, it was nearly half an hour since we placed our order with the waitress. The staff ask us what we ordered and if we even ordered, that’s already suspicious. Shouldn’t that be something they have down? Since I’m a regular, I was pretty familiar with how they gave us our plates and utensils after putting down our order. They didn’t do that until we asked them to follow up on our order which was another red flag.I’m pretty sure they forgot our order. That’s fine, things happen and it’s busy, but I would’ve appreciated an apology or transparency. Instead they decided to gaslight us and say they already put our order down, saying “you know you have to wait”. We know that, but people that came later than us got their order. The funny thing is they still kept asking us what we ordered when that’s something they should’ve gotten. I usually give grace to service staff since it’s a tough job, but the lack of maturity in this situation was disappointing.

Terrible and incredible rude service. The sweet tofu definitely in expired quality and the one of the waitress is so rude and weird. I really wish everyone consider before going there……

My recent visit here was a letdown. The customer service was rude and indifferent. Not to mention, they surprised me with extra charges for sauce, not mentioned anywhere. The staff's attitude was appalling, making the whole experience unpleasant. Avoid this place if you value good service and transparency.?‍♀️?‍♀️

I chase people away before they finish eating. I am more active in chasing people away than in entertaining them.

The desserts are either so bland or so sweet. The curry fish balls are the worst, just regular fish balls with bland curry sauce on it…DO NOT

Very bad attitude and literally no service provided. We were still having the dessert dish at 11:30pm and they started to use very strong smell detergent and sanitation. So disgusting ??

Always love chinese style dessert house. This restaurant opened long time ago. We always love to go visit all these traditional style chinese dessert place. Only downside is this place always packed and not much space for waiting. If you have a table next to the entrance, theres always people standing next to you when you have your food. We love this traditional style place alot, highly recommeded

The worst experience ever!!! Order one item and been waiting for over 40mins!!! Asked 3 times to check order, they said working on it. End up being told they forgot my order, I would need to wait for another 10min if I still want it, otherwise u can just leave !!!!!

Although it was late at night, the place was packed full. We came for the first time craving some desserts and we loved all the items we got. The mango pomelo sago with rice balls wasn’t too sweet and had many pieces of fresh mango. We also got two of the Hong Kong style shaved ice, one with the milk tea base and the other with the matcha base. Both were refreshing and came with a choice of three toppings. They were very generous with the toppings, and the red bean was “real” red bean rather than just a paste. The cheung fun (rice rolls) and the popcorn chicken were also very delicious. Before leaving, we ordered the mango sago drink with grass jelly to go because we saw many others ordering it, and it was so good.
