Forget about customer service. The staff just doesn't care. It's quickly made (just like my last visit in summer). But it's also limp and not crispy. I think they rushed the order because of the lineup.

So after reading the reviews, I think there is gonna be certain things to co wider as to when to buyFirst of all, service is pretty non existent, but don’t ever expect much from a chines spot hawker style stand, especially in p mallSecondly, for taste, if there’s a huge line, I have always opted to not buy because I don’t wanna wait lolWhen I last went, line only had a few people in the queue and we actually got quite crispy outer layers with a nice soft interiorI think when there’s a long line, they don’t fan it out or let it cool as they want to turn over the line quick. When there’s no line, they do let it cool on a rack for about a minute before putting it into a bagWith that being said, this place is very nostalgic for me as this is an OG spot for bubble waffles and I remember getting them every time we went to pacific as a kid

If I wanted egg rolls or those mini egg puffs tbh it’s my to go place. It’s now 6 dollar a pack for egg rolls. Comes with a pack of 16. Rich egg flavour and freshly made. Make sure to finish it in a day or two just so it would stay crispy. Cash only so make sure to bring change!

Their egg rolls are really good BUT that does not justify their disrespectful attitude. Many years ago we were able to do a phone order for an entire box for pickup. They no longer offer. That isn’t the issue here though. my mom went there last week and the lady told her “you New York ppl need to stop coming” cause they working to death (Chinese proverb). The lady also limited my mom to 1 pack only. She was so rude - very unprofessional and unpleasant.

The egg rolls themselves were pretty good but customer service is what made me give this place one star. The lady who seems to be either the owner or store manager is truly a nasty woman. If you ask to purchase anything more than one package she sneers at you like you asked for something totally unreasonable. No way to do business. You can explain nicely or just put up a sign one per customer. Several people that were on line says she is always like that.

What a rude lady!!!! I have never experienced such bad service. She ignored me and my aunt trying to buy their rolls and kept helping other customers instead of us. We left without purchasing anything but my husband went to buy and they sold it to him without a problem and he also bought their egg waffles and honestly, it wasn’t good at all! I’ve had better elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Nasty egg rolls giving you mouthful taste of Chicken oil. This place was so popular but what's happen now? How is the place remain in business selling garbage like this? I love egg rolls and never had an egg roll I didn't like. But I am throwing this who pack away because it's beyond nasty!!! YUCK!
I bought two original egglets. The lineup was very long so I thought they must be good but turned out they rather earn the quick dollar and sacrifice the quality. It was the absolute worse egglet ever. It was so soft that it looked nearly like unbaked dough. Will never return!

I know Im probably the only one that giving this place the highest star, however, this is just based on personal experience. After reading all the review, I was expecting terrible customer service and probably unable to purchase their famous eggrolls and phoenix rolls. However, when I visited Pacific Mall, I was thinking to give it a try and it was a turn around experience for me. We were able to get the egg rolls and phoenix rolls with the smiles. Both rolls still tastes the same, though my fave has always been the phoenix one. The lady was very nice and greeted me with pleasantly. I'm not sure if it because she was not busy at that moment or its just my day. So, thats why I said this rating is just based on my personal experience from today to share " hey,you never know"

I will remember to change it into Canadian dollars next time I go there.Dollars one to one?My husband came here often when he was in college.Come back with him to check in this time!I really like the smoke of fireworks like this.I hope all the aunties will be happy~The food you make will be more delicious!There is indeed something a little bit sinister about it.I hope the experience will be 100% perfect next time I go there.
