Slow as hell and the workers look like they don’t know what to do. Anyone who comes to this place must be retired cause no one gonna wait from them to comprehend. I was placing my order the total was 10.16 I had 10 cash but I wanted to pay 16 cents on my card both workers looked clueless and confused on what I was doing.

The CP value is high, and it’s a small blessing to finish buying something.

This is a small bubble tea shop in Liberty Square. We ordered the Taro Mango Coconut Latta (large $6.99). It has large real taro and large mango pieces in it. The quality of the drink was excellent. Their XL cup is 1 Litre. There is free WiFi. The store is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There are no washrooms. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot. This one is full of mangoes and I forgot to add mangoes. There is no mango flavor and not even a single mango. The more I drink it, the more I think this thing is jasmine tea. Did you get mine wrong?

We went here while on a cruise and loved their tea. I ordered more from their website and it never was delivered. I emailed the company several times regarding shipping and tried calling them and was never able to reach them. It's unfortunate, their tea is great. Customer service clearly lacking.

I booked a surprise bag at 5:25 pm through the Too Good to Go app and received a confirmation to pick up between 8:30 and 9 pm. When I arrived I was told that there were no leftovers, so they had cancelled my order. It's great that there is no food wastage as a result. However, it's unfair to customers who are required to cancel their orders at least 2 hours before pickup while businesses can cancel your orders anytime, even just before you arrive to pick up the order. If a business cannot accurately anticipate leftovers for the day, they should quit the Too Good to Go program, instead of wasting customers time and effort to actually drive there for what, nothing? No apologies were given. This was my first and last time visiting the place. This place has lost me as a customer for life before even selling me anything. This was the only place on Too Good to Go that has cancelled my order, ever.

This is usually my go-to spot for fruit teas but after my last visit here I will be taking my business elsewhere.I placed an order on Ubereats at around 3pm and arrived at the store 10 minutes later, waiting for my drink to be made. Within the next 30 minutes I saw MULTIPLE people walk in and order their drink at the cashier for it to be ready within 5 minutes. I told the worker at the front I ordered 30 minutes ago and the estimated completion time keeps getting pushed back every time it's reached, and she said I have to just wait until the next completion time and that it's getting pushed back because she already set it as the maximum allowed time. If you have time to make other people's drinks within 5 minutes, you don't tell another customer to wait 30 minutes until the estimated completion time then push it back every time it gets reached - especially not 3 times in a row. When I argued that I saw multiple people come in and order their drink at the cashier to have it be ready within 5 minutes, the worker decided to lie to my face stating that every single customer that came in ordered online and were only picking up, just like I did. I told her no, I literally saw her take their order at the system and I saw them pay and she continued to lie stating that they were all online orders. After I pressed her on this issue she stated, "you saw how busy we were with pickup orders when you first got here, people ordered many drinks". Yes I did see it was busy when I first arrived but this was completely unrelated to my point? The rush died down quickly and afterwards I just saw people coming in and ordering and receiving their drinks within a couple minutes, while they failed to even start making mine.Honestly I understand how it can be stressful during busy times especially on a hot summer day, but this is no way you should run a business. During this whole ordeal the worker did not apologize a SINGLE time and instead decided to argue with me and lie directly to my face. The point of making a pickup order is so that I can come in and grab my order quickly, not wait over half an hour and watch multiple people come in, order their drinks, and leave all before me. If I'm bringing up this issue with a worker, all I'm expecting is an "I'm sorry for the wait, I'll make your drink right now" - not a whole argument. With that being said, as much as I love their fruit teas I will not be supporting this place anymore.

Yes, fruit tea and Qingyu Zhicha follow the same route. Both shops like it very much. If you have mastered the traffic code, it is a must.
