“I really appreciate the customer service at the Mr Sub on King George rd in Brantford. They went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. I came a little late and they could have locked their doors but chose to take my order. I was so relieved. The thing is that they didn't seem upset and actually made me feel welcome. I was told that I should get there earlier but I figured that. Great job to the 2 men that work there.”

I think the salad charge was a bit much at $9.00. service was not great. Others at my table had to ask several times for vinegar. Will not be back for a long time.”

Ordered ahead for a scheduled pickup time and when arrived they take your payment and pop your order in the oven…6 minutes later… hot & tasty. Only thing we wished is that they also did wings. They are so good cooked in wood fire. You won’t be disappointed!”

“We usually dine in at Old Joe's once a week with friends. We love trying their specials which are so creative and delicious. Absolutely LOVE their homemade soups, like the loaded potato soup we had last night. We also order take-out, usually wings or their excellant fish and chips. Great food. Great staff. Good job.”

The food is great and served in large sizes, but the people who work there are regularly not the friendliest people, they usually ignore you or try to hurry you when you are ordering.Parking: Location of parking is all around Brants. There are no parking lines, it's just a dirt + gravel lot.Kid-friendliness: Has lots of ice cream options that kids love.Wheelchair accessibility: You can go right up to the counter to order in a wheelchair, using a walker, using crutches, whatever you may use to help you get around, as long as you don't mind the gravel.”

“We first visited Match for dinner a couple weeks ago on our way home from vacationing in the Bruce Peninsula. My husband and I and our two children all felt the experience was wonderful - tasty food (we ordered 2 Tijuana chicken plates, the Mac n Cheese and a burger) and excellent, friendly service. As such, I took my two children back yesterday for lunch on our way back up for more vacationing time. Once again, the food was delicious (we had more Mac n Cheese, another Tijuana chicken plate and Ahi tuna with pickled ginger over rice with a sesame flavoured sauce). Our meals took a little longer to arrive than expected however we were certainly not upset by this, and as such were pleasantly surprised when the General Manager visited our table and let us know they'd be offering us a complimentary dessert! Very kind and unexpected, and the chocolate cake was yummy! My daughter also ordered the churro donut dessert and that was heavenly as well! Thank you Match for becoming our go to place for a great meal out during our summer vacation travels!”

“Normally, they are quite dependable as long as you don't need to make a change. However, after ordering online and realizing I missed the spot to change the pickup time, I called immediately to tell them I needed to make the change before they started it. They asked to put me on hold and left me there for ten minutes before I hung up and called back to find out they were putting the pizza in the oven while I waited and I won't be heading there for over two hours. When I indicated I won't be there until much later, they basically shrugged me off and then hung up on me. I had already paid but this is definitely not good customer service. Two different staffers on the phone, each one less than the other :(Follow-up: someone there realized the occurrence and made a fresh pizza prior to actual scheduled pick up. The pizza is still good there when we order and we continue to order from them.”

“Had subway in Hanover on Saturday March 30th around 3pm. There was only one man working but I didn’t catch his name. He was FANTASTIC. It was busy and he was able to keep everything moving smooth. Our food was soooo good and we all agreed that he was a fantastic employee.”

Price is better than most, Wingham or Listowel.While we waited we saw orders coming out of kitchen ready for pickup but the bags sat and waited.
