The young East Indian woman working was one of the politest servers I’ve ever had a Mr Sub restaurant. She made my sub exactly the way I wanted. She smiled, and made me feel like I was important to the business. A rare thing in some of these places now. Would recommend getting a sandwich there any time.

Ordered veggie meatball sub tonight and there was no tomato sauce. Just dry meatballs and bread. Uber Eats refuses to refund. Last time I order from Mr Sub.

I went here for lunch on my way back from Acton after a trip to Red Garden Center. Huge turn off was that there hygiene was very poor. The attendant had finished up with a customer before me and did not wash her hands. Given the current situation that we are in with a Pandemic, one would think that this would be a habit by now. Nope. She just went over and simply put on a pair of gloves and started to make my Sub. I politely asked her to wash her hands, which she did. She seemed a bit annoyed that I asked her too btw. I was also disturbed to note that this location does not wear masks, given that they breathe over your food and ask questions while they make your sub. Anyway half way through, I just decided to stay on the safe side and cancel my order. I will not be going back here again. And one of the employees just grabbed some cash and started cutting up vegetables. Are these people for real? Huge risk for your health to eat from this location especially with COVID-19 out there and still ready to kick anyone's butt. Thanks but no thanks. Not recommended to eat here, unless you don't give a s*** about catching COVID.
