Picked up a pita for dinner the other night and was disappointed upon biting into it and seeing lots of brown lettuce. Extremely unappetizing to see terrible quality of produce being used and I couldn’t even finish it because I was so turned off by the look of it. I sent an email to management but they’ve yet to respond

I’ll give this place a 1 star bc the girl tried to get me to refund after my complaint although I ordered a veggie bowl & all was good until I left & went to eat it at work….I came across 2 blonde long, I mean long hairs in my food. (I’m brunette, not mine nor was my container of veggies opened at the time!) I’m sorry but if you can freely put hairs in people’s food, I don’t wanna go back nor should that be allowed by health standards……..Ya, she offered to refund me, but it doesn’t make up the fact that places literally don’t have to wear hair nets or things to keep from hairs going into people’s food. ?
