They say that they work 24 hours a day but i came a 11 pm and they say that we have only coffee like I was in line for 10 minutes for this. Then after they took another 10 minutes making the coffee

Quick drive thru normally gets the order correct but doesn't seem to know what a double toasted bagel is or how to butter both halves. One side is well buttered. the other side is dry.

Came in Friday night with my 2 girls and Marc was on cash, he is really good at making sure customer was happy. We order a strawbery lemonade, quencher and sandwich with muffins. Again Marc is a very good employee. Made our Friday even better. Santa Maria

I ordered a sausage sandwich and a cinnamon sugar twist. They got the meat on my sandwich wrong and the cinnamon sugar twist had barely any cinnamon sugar on it and tasted like a stale

Staff is careless, no value for the customer, making wrong orders repeatedly, this thing happened to me at least 5 times in couple of weeks. This Outlet had very good image in my mind for right orders. So, I was preferring to buy a coffee or tea by skipping so many tims in the way of my travel but from couple of months I saw it's not making right orders as had been placed. So, I started going inside instead drive thru. I noticed a Chang in senior staff (store manager). So, I noticed there is no value of the customer, junior staff taking it easy to be carless and not feeling any guilt for that carelessness and mistake, although they replace the tea or coffee but there is no one taking corrective mesures to improve the reputation of this Outlet and setsofection of the customer.

Avoid this location at all cost. They never have anything available I've been trying to get some chocolate timbits for weeks. I don't understand !! they don't have a baker.? Also , very slow service I sometimes wait 20 -25 min to order.There's also huge language barrier when ordering through the drive thru. You can't understand what these people are saying ! I understand the owner is Indian and only hires his kind ,but please drive have them speak English in the drive thru
