I was invited for an interview at this location. After an hour or so of trying to work with their badly designed auto response system, I managed to confirm the appointment's date & time. I received a confirmation email and text, then it got cancelled for no stated reason. After some time I received the same appointment's confirmation email and text, then it got cancelled again, then I received an email saying the position was filled by one of the candidates... worst "interview" experience I've had so far!

I had an interview at this location. I took a day off from my work and one day prior to my interview, I get an email with the cancelation of my interview without any specific reason. I called the store to reconfirm and ask the reason. A guy picked up my call. He said hi and I asked him, how he is ? He didn't bother to reply kindly. I told him that I had an interview and it got canceled. He just said the position got filled yesterday(not very nicely). I was like ok. I wanted to work at a place to gain customer service experience and get my skills better but I am glad, it didn't happen at this store. I have never been to the store, so just rating it 3, but i don’t really appreciate the behavior and unprofessionalism of the place and people.

Went in to use my points that I had redeemed for a medium slurpee but had say that they only had the reusable mediums so I asked the worker if they were the same and she told me yes so I make my slurpee and then when I bring it up to scan she tells me that she’s taking money off because it’s not the same price but I told her my plan was to scan and all she said was “all I can do is lower it” but I wasn’t planning on having to spend anything but even after that I was just gonna pay and go along because I had another thing I could redeem instead but she told me that she hasn’t ever made them at that location and that’s the main reason I’m giving this mark because she was obviously just trying to get the order done with so she didn’t have to do anymore work I’ve paid for a corndog from this location 2 times in the past and that was only in the past 3 months so I know it’s laziness, it was the 8am worker Sunday

me and my friends came in tonight looking around with the intention of purchasing, and a rude old man employee with glasses came up asking if we needed assistance because we were “taking too long”. We were only in there around 5-8 minutes and he did not ask anyone else this. i feel very offended as we are a mixed race group and did nothing to be supervised and rushed. Did not know there was a time limit to shop here.

Some people are friendly others not so much, the friendly ones are great, the others make it uncomfortable. The one working at night didn't want to help me with an issue, didnt greet me when i walked in, didnt even look at me. Just gave me a flat out "no". I had the exact same issue happen to me at a different gas station and the people were friendly and did not hesitate to help me. This guy did not care, i thought customers safety and concerns were a priority, not in this location though.
