Don't go on a Sunday evening

Amazing food and outstanding customer service. Everyone was very attentive and genuinely helpful. It was my niece birthday and I wanted her to have an awesome and everlasting experience on her special day. Much love to the “boys”❤️

This was my first time here and I was very disappointed. Not only were the serving staff not very skilled but the food also tasted as if someone new to cooking prepared everything. In short, the price is fine dining but nothing else.I got the gnocchi al pesto and it was just not good. The gnocchi itself lacked taste, turned to mush with slight pressure, and each piece stuck to the roof of my mouth. The sauce was also... unbalanced. The first flavor I get is salty butter, then hits of spinach and then parsley; considering it was supposed to be pesto I was very confused about what happened. My partner got the vitello alioli. We found the sauce extremely salty and the texture of the veal chewy and overcooked. My third party member asked for bruschetta to share expecting the di funghi and the rigatoni alla boscaiola. Apparently there was another bruschetta (di fresca?) bc that's what was brought out to us per the receipt so now knowing there were 2 types we would've appreciated if the server had clarified. The tenderloin here was similarly textured. The server we had did not introduce himself, was visibly offended that we had selected our dishes without hearing his specials, did not clear our dishes when he walked by the many times that we had set aside done plates, did not provide spoons for mains, 90% missed my plate when I asked for cheese and sassed me about asking for more as a result of the miss, and overall projected he was not happy to see to us. He did ask how everything tasted and my table preferred to not say anything so we wouldn't have to deal with it.As a heads up, when we first sat and asked this server for water (sparkling/flat), we chose flat thinking it was tap; it is not. We made this mistake only to find out that the water we asked for and one refill cost $19 before tax. Now you know.In terms of atmosphere I found the tables to be very tightly packed together, the overall volume loud, and the number of on-floor staff minimal.Would not come back.

I went to this pretty restaurant with my boyfriend for our anniversary. The place was amazing, the music, the lightning, the smells, everything was gorgeous. Our server was good but I wish he had put a little bit more attention on us as we found ourselves waiting a couple of times for ordering things because he was walking in front of us without checking. But in general he was really nice. The food is absolutely amazing, we had an appetizer, two mains and an order of focaccia and everything was delicious. The sauces were super creamy and full of flavour. The focaccia was straight from the oven and it was warm with lots of oil and rosemary, and the gnocchi that I ordered was mouthwatering. I wish we had ordered desserts but we were too full. Maybe next time❤️I will definitely come back.

The food was great, the service even better. Can't wait to come back again. We had the Ravioli di Funghi and Gnocchi el Pesto. Both were delicious ??

I ordered the steak which was cooked to my liking. However it seemed more like a 6oz vs an 8oz and they literally gave one tiny potato that was cut in half with some green beans.I stopped at McDonald's to get nuggets before heading home as I was still hungry. Portion size was not worth the money

Went there for lunch for a co-worker's birthday, just 3 people and from start to finish it was fantastic. The waiter was awesome. he had great suggestions, and whatever we picked that he suggested was superb. The mushroom ravioli, OMG! we had a small seafood platter, the braised boar meatballs, as well as a salmon dish. Their cocktails we also made to perfection. Zero complaints, awesome hospitality.

For $65 dishes, someone needs to taste it when cooking. Not worth the price. Fancy name- nothing more. They don't even have a specialist bartender - the servers will up ur $25 cocktails - expect low, pay high.

My first visit to Aioli was a night out with friends. The food was nice. The noise level was very high due to a large party seated right in the middle of the restaurant. This made for a very loud conversation, almost shouting waiters and an unpleasant ambiance. Having been to Italy last year, I was missing that personal touch of chit chat, "hello, how are you", "good to see you". We all ordered the pasta special which was nice but since it was the same dish for all, I can not comment on the rest of the food. Bottom line, not sure if I would give the place a second chance considering the prices and the competition.

My wife and I went for a pre-Valentine's Day lunch today. The service by the first server was wonderful. He was kind, pleasant, informative, and patient. He took the time to provide us with specials, choice of sparking or flat water, and gave us the time to consider all the options including from the formidable wine list. He must have been finishing his shift because he left and we were given a server who I think was more into cleaning the bar and the espresso machine. I ordered the rack of lamb (mid rare) and my wife ordered the penne di casa. We also ordered a Caesar salad that we could tell was way overdressed but the creaminess was enjoyable. Tasted a little bit like the Costco caesar dressing but that was just our assumption. When our meals came, I would say that for $54 dollars...the rack of lamb was a rack of sad. The lamb looked anemic, the bones were blackened which means they were not frenched properly and the bones were not wrapped in aluminum foil when they were popped into the oven. Ontop of that...the lamb was poorly seared and there was pretty much no truffle balsamic reduction except for a blob somewhere on the plate. Also, it was clear that the lamb was cooked inconsistently, almost like they were all parts of different racks and not cooked together. I had a couple well done pieces, a medium one, 2 mid rare ones, and one that was so raw, the fat wasn't rendered and the only thing missing was the fur from that lamb...it was that raw and also all of it was poorly seasoned. My wife's pasta was nice, however, the chicken tasted slightly old and reminded me of Costco chicken strips...it did not taste fresh at all. When I mentioned to the server that I had a piece of lamb that was completely raw...he jokingly offered to toss it back in the oven for me. It was unprofessional and that kind of service is just not acceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for fresh and delicious ingredients. If you are looking for a quick bite, go for the pasta. I am glad I didn't order the mushroom risotto, I'm sure it would have come out bland, either soupy or with crunchy rice and without any flare or creaminess.Overall I would not recommend Alioli and would recommend that no one else waste there money here...especially if they wish to surprise their wife with a fancy meal for Valentine's Day eating her favourite cuisine. Very disappointing.
