Disappointing. Wing order was wrong and they didn't have the sauce we wanted so felt pressured to keep the mis-order. Had to ask forbour side of coleslaw it never arrived with our dish. We were then given the coleslaw but no cutlery, so we had to ask for that too. Feel bad leaving a negative review but wolill never go back.

Called in for a simple pick up order. Spoke to Mirvat who was completely incompetent and unable to even locate their allergy guide or give me any insight on the allergy information regarding their Thai sauce. Absolutely rude and lazy as she told me “The sauces might not have nuts but we don’t know what’s in the chicken”… Imagine giving a customer that answer when they have a fatal allergy - not to mention the stupidity of “we don’t know what’s in the chicken”. Also when I asked to speak to a manager, Mirvat claimed she was a manager and told me she can’t find the allergy guide right now…. You guys need to hire better people.

Came for dinner on Sunday evening and the place was almost empty. Even though the service was very slow. The only lady attending most of the time was inside the kitchen or somewhere else, but we couldn't see her to place our order.The wings were covered with too much sauce.

It wasn’t good at all the server was the only thing good about my time there the food was not good the fries where plain they only serve beer the menu is confusing your better off the combo instead of a double or single and if do get single or double Option you cannot split it really should of just been a regular all star instead of an express I because it seems as if they take the word express literal I order nachos and the cheese and everything was cold it didn’t even look like it went in a oven I honestly had a horrible experience so I suggest not to go here…..bring back the Portuguese bakery

This place is a total rip-off compared to the All Stars in Vaughan on rutherford. Portions was super small for the price and the taste is not nearly the same. Wouldn't recommend coming here just take the time to drive to the other location.

Like everyobe else, I've been going to All Stars for years and stopped like everyone else when the quality went down. I decided to give it a try again. The wings were very good. No issue here.Unfortunately the fries were the issue. They ran out of their usual thick fries and, instead gave us McDonald's shoe string fries to be used for our poutine. Not impressed.I had even called in advance to ask and they said they had everything. In my opinion, if you substitute an ingredient, you should inform the customer before they order..
