I am trying to support local businesses during this pandemic. Customer Service is lacking here. Needless to say, I will not be back ever.

Would be nice if their hours were accurate online. Drove over an hour to find out they are not open Sundays. Guess i am ignoring a Canadian business and shopping on Amazon. Wish zero stars was an option. Despite the owner's claim that all changes to hours are posted "30 days in advance" in their response. I was standing in front of their store, with my phone in hand looking at their Sunday hours on both their website and Google, when I saw the handwritten note on the door. I am glad locals enjoy their services, but I shall not be one of them.

I have shopped here for several years. The owner is simply a wonderful gentleman, and is so accommodating. Just for the service and kindness I would come here regardless of price (which by the way is very competitive).

I highly recommend AM Coffee Shack to anyone who is in search of a purewater supply company. I have been buying my reverse osmosis re-mineralized water from Tony at the AM Coffee shack in Mississauga for 3 years and the water is always super fresh and delicious! I go through 6 of the 18.9 Ltr jugs every month and I've always been more than satisfied with the product and service! The facility is always very clean and the staff are very friendly. You have the option to bring your own jugs, or you can purchase reusable jugs there. They also have a wide variety of different coffee flavors if you are a coffee lover!

I would like to take a moment to post a two-part review, first for the new 2018 Keurig K-Elite K-Cup brewer as pictured. Then a review of the store I purchased it from. The K-Elite unit was purchased by me a week ago to replace my Keurig OfficePro unit I had also purchased from this shop 2 years ago. You can certainly pull many reviews of the unit, so I wish to share one key and important piece of information you will want to know about this machine. To my utmost delight, unlike the previous-generation Keurig 2.0 machines that only brewed the 2.0 "approved" K-cups, this machine brews ANY K-cup, like the original series did! As long as you use any compatible K-cup, this new machine will brew it!!! I am pleased that Keurig corrected that ridiculous notion of 2.0 only K-cups.Now, for the shop itself where I purchased both this machine and my previous Keurig OfficePro unit. Tony undertook tremendous efforts to try to help me get the OfficePro unit up and running again, but the machine could not be saved and passed on to the "K-cup brewers up in the sky". From his refreshed stock, after going over my brewing needs, helped me select the above-reviewed unit, and, like the OfficePro, am thoroughly enjoying my new unit. I have no concerns knowing that Tony stands behind the products he sells without hesitation. I also purchase his Alkaline water and supplies of K-Cup coffee on a weekly basis, with his water quality setting new standards in taste and quality!Bottom line, I wholeheartedly recommend the new Keurig K-Elite machine and purchase it from Tony as he will gladly support the machine once purchased from him.

I buy water here since 2017 and i'm happy with the selections, price, and service. Having nespresso compatible pods at the location was an added bonus!

When the Personal Service Coffee on Burnhamthorpe closed down, we lost our local source for K-Cup coffees and teas. Oh, there's the usual supermarkets and places like Timothy's/Tim Hortons and David's Tea, but they're all very limited. We happened to be in the mall for dinner at the Maharaja and had some time to kill, so we wandered around and found this gem. This store is maybe 1/4th the size of the old Personal Services Coffee, but it manages to cram in about 80% of what PSC had in their inventory. The place is cramped, but everything's there. And what isn't, Tony will order for you and you'll get in about a week or two, depending on the vendor. The pricing is good, and the selection is terrific. It looks more like a warehouse than a retail store, but that's one reason why the prices are better than most places I've seen in the area.
