My dad just got off hospital and I wanted to order food so my mum didn’t have to cook. They’ve had the lamb biryani from Avani before. Ordered lamb biryani for delivery and the kale chaat. The lamb biryani was SO spicy they couldn’t eat it! It definitely wasn’t regular spice. The kale chaat didn’t come with kale!! The restaurant required that my parents drive back to the restaurant to exchange it!!! I paid $15 for delivery convenience to have it delivered to my parents and they wanted them to drive to bring it back instead of arranging a pick up and drop off of the correct food. My parents couldn’t go that day!Abhishek was very very rude!! Worst customer service and no empathy for our situation nor any compensation for the $15 delivery nor the inconvenience of driving back. My mum asked if they could add a lacha parantha for the inconvenience or at least the extra $15 delivery fees and Abhishek refused that request. I called him and he said he can give a rasmalai. I said my parents don’t want a rasmali can you give a lacha parantha or something they want. I said I will write about my experience if he didn’t make things right and at least give something up to the $15 plus inconvenience and he said he didn’t care about the bad review to go write it. So here it is.I do not recommend the food nor the service at this restaurant.

Everything from being welcomed in with an amazing smile on the hostess face to being seated and having a view of wall art to such delicious food. I would rate this at 100%, I usually don’t do reviews but this place is stunning. The food was presented in such a good way I felt my eyes started eating before me. And not be forgetting of the best part and that is the service, swati the server had done an amazing job of always making everything stunning, she is so sweet and welcoming i felt like I was eating at a family home and not just a resturant. I recommend this place and I think if you get served by swati your experience will be the best ever .

The food has always been consistently great, the service takes great care to make sure you have a great experience (Special thanks to Palaash) and lastly the seating is well spaced so that you can enjoy a private conversation with your own party. Just because of the positive reviews we went there but it was a very bad experience.1.We ordered hot and sour soup which was extremely sour, they added a lot of vinegar so we had to ask them to change it.2.Then we ordered soya chaap which was very sweet and no one liked the taste of it we had to waste it.3.And even Shahi paneer was also extremely sweet, normally shahi paneer is sweet but this one seemed like they have added a lot of sugar so that we don’t have to order for the dessert.4.Mango lassi was good.But over all experience was not matching to our expectations and the price. Food was costing more than other places, the taste was not even worth the price.
