We were sitting there for over 10 minutes without anyone sending us a menu or the ordering tablet. No one served us. They completely forgot about us. People who came after us were served immediately though. Terrible service management.In our previous visit, 20% tip does not include wrapping up food.Our last visit to the place.

I've been there a few times because the food is good. The service on the other hand not so good. They really need to at the very least TRY to have some form of customer service. My score is actually more of a 3.5 but since there are no 1/2 marks I had to round it to a 4. At some point the "FOB" (Fresh-Off-The-Boat) is not going to fly with the public for much longer. They also need to do a good cleaning in the restaurant. Our cups we're all sticky every one of us and there were ten of us had sticky tea cups. Napkins and serviettes are like gold when you ask for extra for your table you get one. Bashu has such good potential but they really need to make a lot of changes with the biggest one being with their customer service.
Had an absolutely horrible experience. The waitress was a rude, impatient chinese woman, and served us without removing the gloves she had just used to clear the adjacent table. No cleanliness and food was very unappetizing. Would definitely advise you to give this place a miss!!
