We did take out but we will def dine in next time. The beef silog was delish! The eggs were cooked perfectly how we like it. The spring rolls were awesome and totally filled my craving! The halohalo taro ice cream was also deeelish! You know it's good Phillipino food when it's filled with Phillipino people. I want to order a tray of their spring rolls for my next party!
My wife ordered a platter by phone. The staff called back in a minute and asked if she wanted a garlic rice which my wife approved. So we picked up the food and drove home only to find out that we were charged $10 more! What a ripoff. If it’s an upgrade or whatever, you are supposed to explain it to the customer. Very bad customer service.

Had such a bad experience at Berto’s! The service is horrible! I was so excited to try a Filipino restaurant that perhaps I can enjoy but instead my whole day was ruined… I asked the person serving what dish is good she said it’s the beef ribs stew and I believed her but the meat is so tough, it’s not edible at all unless you want to break your teeth and spend a lot of money on dental treatment. I told the server about it, but she doesn’t want to replace the food she recommended and told me that, that’s how it is because it’s ribs! They will not replace it and still charged me to pay for it. I asked to speak with the owner but no one came out, finally after getting upset, the cashier/server just took the beef order out of my bill without even apologizing or recognizing that what they are serving is not good. I’m the one who even apologized to her for being upset. I wanted to bring this up to the owner for improvement. I will never go back and will not recommend Berto’s at all to anyone even to the people I do not know! Stay away!!!
Was here with a couple of friends; had their beef pares and tapsilog, which was good as per usual. The letdown was their pancit palabok - lacking in sauce (dry) and it just had sprinkles of hardboiled eggs on top, and that was it, so bland, tasteless even. Won't return here anymore, their food has gone downhill, go eat somewhere else.

I think the best Filipino breakfast place in Mississauga. It’s small place but well kept, always clean, and packed busy on weekends brunch time. We always come here when we are craving authentic Filipino breakfast and the prices are very reasonable. Try it when in Mississauga. They serve breakfast all day.
