Not consistent with service and quality. I go to this place as it's convenient but it's hit or miss with the service and quality. Sometimes the food is piping hot and fresh, other days it seems like it's reheated or questionable. Service- there are two servers who are great, the others are very dismissive and careless.

Great place for Dim Sum! Well decorated and cozy atmosphere. Very popular and busy!

Food is decent. A little pricey now imo. It does get busy during the weekend, expect to line up anytime after 11am. No traditional push cart here, you order from the menu. Expect the food to arrive slow. We ended waiting over 45 mins fir one last 3 dishes and decided that we wanted the bill and to cancel the items. Waiter told us he can’t remove it. But went into the kitchen and the food magically was ready. Would suggest to ask the waiters for your missing items after a lengthy amount of time.

I’ve been coming here on and off for years for dimsum and dinner, so we decided to do a 100 day baby celebration for dinner here since it’s close by. We went in to pick the set menu, and after saying we’d pay cash, the owner gave us a price of $2400 for two tables. Now most Chinese people will look at that number and be like “hey 24 is not an auspicious number”, so we asked for a discount of $100 to make it $2300. The owner refused. So we asked if he’d give us a $12 discount so the final bill is $2388, to which he replied “I already gave you a free dessert. I will not discount you a single dollar. If you don’t want it, then get out. You’re disturbing my lunch”. And he stormed off with my receipt. I realize discounts are not mandatory, but the reaction was shocking. I didn’t expect to be yelled out the front door for asking for a 0.5% discount. Overall a terrible experience for what is supposed to be a joyous occasion.

Excellent and broad variety of dim sum. I would recommend without hesitation but be very careful if you come up prime pine. It took us an hour to get a table. Nonetheless, portions were generous and servings included a lot of vegetarian options. Recommend just be careful of the time.

Prices are raised again but food quality remains unchanged. Had ordered 7 dum sum dishes with the bill over $70 because they charged each person for tea. However, the tea is not quality as compared to the price you gave. There are more choices in Markham or Scarborough at this price level. Service was really sub-standard in general except one short guy. I would rather travel to Markham or Scarborough for a better choice and better service.

Bliss is our go-to Dim Sum Restaurant. We live outside of Mississauga so it's a bit of a drive for us, so it really shows what limited options there are for high quality Dim Sum spots. They have all the usual selection you might expect, and prices are reasonable. There's a lot of parking available, but this place is really popular for Dim Sum enjoyers, so expect a short wait unless you come early to beat the brunch rush.

Good food, huge portions and pleasant service all make the experience of eating at Bliss a great one. They have a good range of vegetarian as well as vegan options on the menu.

I've been here in the past for their dim sum because someone had recommended it and it was decent. But today we went for dinner service for my dads birthday. We ordered a prefixed menu and I want to say it was pretty disappointing. We ordered Peking duck and asked for more scallion, carrots and cucumbers and our waitress refused. Interesting customer service skills I have to say the least. I also asked if we could do half lettuce wraps half rice paper and she said that we had already put in our order and couldn't modify it. They were overly attentive that it was disruptive to us enjoying our meals. For example, there was a couple of pieces of roasted duck on our plates and they wanted us to combine it with another dish of fish. Weird flex but okay. We actually had to tell them no. The fact that we didn't have any dishes coming and didn't need the extra space made them constantly trying to reconfigure our dishes disruptive to enjoying our meal. The salted fish fried rice was probably the best dish. Everything else left something to be desired.

We have been coming here back when we lived in Mississauga & since. We moved 2 1/2 hrs away in 2013 & still come back every chance we get. The dim sum is delicious & we rank it as one of preferred places in the west end of the GTA through to past London. Would recommend Bliss in a heartbeat! Good dim sum, good price point!

We ordered Bliss fir take out off their website. Looking through the selection of items and price points. We have always enjoyed Bliss food and have been to the restaurant several times with friends or family for dinner, lunch or dim sum. This isn’t about their food which is good. It’s about the pricing. There is almost a 50% difference from website to final bill. We thought we were ordering $24 worth of items, when we picked it was $38. We complained they said prices are subject to change without notice. I get that prices can change but 50%? That’s crazy. Needless to say we will now not be returning to Bliss for their pricing policies, we will go to Summit Gardens or Cpngee Queen where food is just as good and far cheaper than Bliss.

We went there for dim sum, and they all came out hot and tasty. Service was also nice and friendly. Unfortunately the satay beef fried noodle dish that we ordered for take-out was not as good as the dim sum.

Came here for lunch with family on Mother’s Day. We ordered a few different types of dumplings and pot stickers along with several other dishes. Everything tasted delicious. Very glad that we tried this place.

A nice ,not too big Chinese restaurant. Decoration was kind of a bit outdated but still fine. I came for din sum, still many choices consider it is not a huge place . Some dishes are very good, but some are just ok nothing special. Price are still fair even though almost all Chinese restaurants here had rise up their price from 15- 30% since reopening. If you like you can come try it yourself and see whether you like it or not.Very friendly service. PS..i went there this monday again, but the quality of food and din sum is not ideal. This is why i remove one star from previous rating.
