I've never seen anyone work so slow like this in my life. There's a difference between putting in quality work but with a sense of urgency and being lazy and slow. And the audacity to auto prompt for Tip is beyond me.Edit:Just took a sip and the employee messed up the drink. What an absolute waste of time and money

I was waiting to use the washroom after placing my order. Employee exited the washroom. Noticed employee couldn’t have washed hands. Because the sink was dry as a bone when I went to go use it right after him. Was happy he wasn’t the one who took my order. Until I came out of the bathroom to see him making my order.. not wearing gloves. I regret not confronting him in that moment. Wanted to leave a review so maybe him and any other employees who don’t partake in hand washing might start.

Cross contamination. I watched the lady working there cut an Apple on the open work surface and then put a container on top of where she just cut the Apple and then put the container back in the fridge. No cutting board, no food safety practices. I doubt this person has their food handler certificate. I didn't purchase anything this time around. I ended up just leaving and I won't be going back.
