Chicken strips for all three orders came out hard as a rock. My husband finished is dinner before the replacement came out. Waitress didn’t even come and ask us if we wanted water after walking by so many times and our glasses were empty. We had to stop her and tell her to bring water. Not once did she come by and ask us how our dinner was. Now we’re waiting forever for our bill. Won’t be back to this location very very, very disappointed Jeff, you need to do something about this

Usually love BP but our visit to this location was a bit cringe-worthy. Even though it was -4C and -11C with wind, the dining room had cold air blasting through the vents over the tables. The staff said they couldn't control it, increase the temperature or stop the fan. All the families were bundled up in their coats the whole time and menus and things on the table were flapping in the breeze. Service was nice but extremely slow, so by the time someone came to our table after being seated everyone was ready to order, then the food came what felt like 25 mins later. They were blaring a very loud hockey horn indoors so everyone in the dining room was startled and had their conversations interrupted 3-4 times just in the time we were there. Indoors it kind of sounded like a hurricanr siren, it was quite startling. I got sweet potato fries and the chipotle ranch sauce tasted like it had gone bad, maybe sitting out too long because it was warm.

I ordered a veggie burger which wasn't up to par- the staff rectified their mistake and was very good about turning a negative experience into a positive one.Also, our server was swamped by a large table when we arrived and her coworker stepped in and helped her out which was great team work!
Lorraine the bar tender and manager Dolar were great on my visit. Great conversation and good suggestions also have beer specials everyday.
