Diversity is all I’m going to say …Because it’s very slim in that locationThe late night crew horrible the girls don’t want to workThat location is 24 hours drive they and she said they closing at 11 TF?No disrespect but if the old school Indian lady isn’t there which it looks like she’s gone ( don’t go )Or the old school white lady I believe the manager ( DONT GO)These young generations don’t really care ( they don’t want you having fresh fries but I bet they eat their lunch fresh)I’ve been going to the Bk for years !& it’s always been great with customer service, with how the food is prepared etc!NOW…??I only buy from this BK. When certain staff are working !Half of the staff doesn’t even understand what’s happening with the orders !It’s not giving unorganizedIt’s not giving diversityN the shorties have too much attitudeAgain Feb 7th 2024 , still need diversity, they have the elder lady who’s been there for years bringing food outside in the cold while everyone else sits and speaks in 1 language …On the busiest day Wednesday they want everyone to use the kiosk! This location needs different management quickly

Went to dispense some ketchup and it was watered down, told the clerk there and they checked it and didn't say anything and walked away when I asked what do you think?

Used the drive through. Ordered the mozzarella snack box and the big fish burger. Burger was so so but the snack box seemed to have been stale esp the onion rings and fries. Also, the advertised 4th mozzarella stick was missing. Quick service but overall it was a subpar experience.

Poor customer service. I ordered 2 burgers and 2 snacks and waited for more than 15 minutes. I saw my takeout order bag and more than 6 burgers sat there but no one packed my food until I asked them. They didn’t even look at me and just put pick my order and gave it to me. Everyone on the floor looked busy, but nobody checked my order. They pay a lot attention to drive through orders but not the takeout and dining. Sometimes customers walked in but had to stand and wait in front of the counter for a long time. No body came to serve even they saw customers were waiting. Everyone just passed with a cold face. It’s not the first time they missed my order. I don’t know if they did that on purpose?
Not open 24hrs. Came at around 130am. Doors locked, no one assisting, some are hiding behind the counter.

Staff clueless. Missing parts of several orders. Had to return for my gf's sundae after coming home already... these people don't read the orders properly at all. Slow service riddled with errors. Avoid location at all cost.

Incompetent staff don't even make your mobile order until you pull up. Ordered in advance, still had to park and wait.
