Staff made us feel awkward and not taken care of. The manager publicly humiliated my friend when she did not tip the staff despite the service being horrible. He yelled at her in front of everyone in the dining room and it was very bizarre, even though everyone else in our group of 5 gave generous tips. Food was mid you are much better off visiting the keg for a far better experience.

Quick warning to larger parties - they provide you with a set menu that is extremely limited with undesirable options.The atmosphere isn’t too bad. Our party of 20 was seated in a narrow hall with booths around us, leaving us little room to walk around freely. Definitely a fire hazard concern, for one.The food is awful. My table and I couldn’t even pretend to like it. Majority of the table ordered steak and a few ordered ravioli. The ravioli in particular came with no sides like the rest of the menu options did, despite it being the same price. The ravioli also came almost cold and the steak hot - most likely kept it sitting until the steak was ready. Neither the steak, chicken, or ravioli was particularly flavourful or a standout. Just mediocre.There are better places to spend money on steak, and I definitely do not recommend this place solely based on the options provided for the large party menu.Edit: Wow what a classy response! Completely ignoring the issue with the seating, the cold food, and unequal sides as well as the subpar, disappointing set menu options. Additionally, harassing a customer repeatedly with questions regarding a review? Unprofessional and disgusting decorum from a restaurant! I have never received such a reaction for a review on my personal experience. I will now ensure to let all my acquaintances know not to spend their money with such a childish and immature establishment.

I had my birthday dinner here and the overall experience was good. The food was not as good compared to last year specifically the mashed potatoes which were very hard & the ravioli which was bland. The proteins however were delicious also the portion sizes are a little smaller than before.The service was great as usual and the atmosphere was nice. Overall, Cagneys is still a good place to host an event or simply enjoy dinner.

This restaurant surpassed all my expectations! From the wonderful service, to delicious hot meals, steak was to die for ? and the ambiance was so intimate. I cannot recommend this enough! Such a hidden gem ? ❤️

Absolutely incredible from the food to the overall experience. Very nice atmosphere, love the decor very modern but yet warm. A really nice bar that would be fun to have drinks :) We had the pleasure of having Mario as our waiter and he was hands down a delight to have. He made some great recommendations and everything was made to perfection. The Chef also came to check on us which was a very nice touch that made our group feel special! Now let's get down to the food! Yum yum yum the steak was probably one of the best steaks we have ever had. We decided to get the ribeye steak cooked to perfection. Our sides were mashed potato as well as brussels sprouts delicious and recommended!

I absolutely loved my experience here. We went there for dinner on my husband’s birthday yesterday. We got amazing steak. The ambience, decor, service, food, everything was top-notch. The night ended with a sweet birthday treat. Highly recommended! Additionally, i love that they have halal food now, chef gave us confidence that everything is halal. So, we didn’t got bother to double check it.Loved the service. ?
