We had lunch here earlier this year, and they were the best sandwiches I’ve had in Canada. So much love went into all the ingredients and their preparation. It was so nice to sit in the sun outside and enjoy their delicious food, I had the vegetarian sandwich and my partner the Hungarian. Both were amazing. The cheesecake was tremendous too. I’ve been dreaming of coming back ever since.

We stumbled upon this place 3 years ago ~ we arrived just before closing with 3 pretzel buns left to try. Jeannette and Charlotte are absolutely incredible. They made us fresh Schnitzel and invited us all to come in and sit. It was the best night ~ one we will never forget and often tell so many of our friends about. We're from out of town, but make a point to visit once a year. And we've told so many of our friends about the fresh delicious salads, sandwiches, and sauces. Truly a teensy hidden gem. We love this spot! Will always recommend!

Great little shop, my sandwich was made in a few minutes with a couple other people in the store. They asked if I wanted to test the house made sauces(they were all delicious) before putting them on my sandwich. Very friendly and make great food

Cozy welcoming location. The staff are courtrooms and offer options for your meals. Everything is freshly served and prepared. If you are looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner you can’t miss at Charlotte’s. We enjoyed a roast beef sandwich on a pretzel bun and a pulled chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun. Unfortunately we could not try one of everything in one visit.

Very cute & quaint place! Perfect for a calm bite to eat. Food was also very delicious and refreshing. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, will be back for sure!
10/10. The vegan sandwich was so yummm… Honestly, I am lucky to find this place. The women at this place bake magic with their concoction of sauces and the fresh ingredients. I was always in love with the French bakeries, never knew one of the finest gems of baking I would find would be in Mississauga with the top notch hospitality. You guys made me feel like am home.. Much love! Gracias!

Lovely service! Such a nice lady and I got to try the amazing oven roasted chicken sandwich. Definitely looking forward to try more from her menu next time.PS: she mentioned that she no longer has halal salami as it just wasn't as good as she hoped it would be. But the chicken and beef are still halal

Super delicious and definitely a hidden gem! Highly recommend for their roasted chicken / roasted beef sandwich, even with everything added in it still taste so good. Their desserts are also very delicious, very light and fluffy, it was a surprising element for me especially how light and good it taste (get their Nutella tart)
Everything here is delicious ? and the plants, artwork and cozy dining area create an inviting atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. I got the chicken schnitzel sandwich (which comes on a pretzel ?!!), a traditional macchiato and a slice of still warm out of the oven cheesecake. Great for lunch, a coffee or a laid back date.

Great little place for lunch. The lady that help me was so nice, she let me try a piece of the bread they make with some homemade sauces. I ordered paella and it was very tasty. I would definitely like to try more of their goodies.

Wonderful service, food is super yummy, and the workers are so wholesome! Their community is so cute, almost like a family. The pretzel buns are soft, and the sauces taste amazing. We tried the chicken schnitzel sandwich and roasted chicken sandwich. Both were wonderful! I was curious how a restaurant can have 5.0 rating with 390+ reviews, and I can see why! Definitely a hidden gem. Will come here again with my friends hope to try their paella and soups in the future ?

Amazing service is an understatement, this family owned business is makes you feel as though you are apart of their family. The food is delicious, healthy and organic. Made by a very sweet lady that will come out and greet you with the biggest smile, then prepared by her daughter who is just as amazing. I will be coming back for the delicious food and wonderful conversation. Thank you so much for making a not so great day so much better.
