The fish fillet, I thought was mid but LN likes it. The spring rolls tasted frozen with freezer burn, so future maybe get a different side (or drink). Shredded pork was good but not as great as I remembered it.2nd visit, ordered 3 items for family of 3: had mixed beef, Dan Dan noodles (came with some ground beef as protein) and a can of coke, and fried Ho fun with beef and xo sauce. All delicious. Didn’t realize I ordered all 3 beef dishes until later, but all tasted good and different textures of the beef dishes. Would order all 3 of these dishes again. Dan Dan noodles were my fav, I love the smooth rice texture of the wheat noodles. Ho fun flat rice noodles tasted good too, fluffier. Both were delicious noodles.

We ordered preserved olive vegetables ($17.99), pork fried rice ($13.99), black papper beef ($15.99), deep fried pork w/spiced salt. The size per plate is quite big. The price is reasonable.The foods taste good, the service and waitresses are friendly.However, they don't accept credit card payments. My family and I have been here a few times for dine in lunch and dinner. And we were always satisfied with both the food and the service.This is the sister location of Bashu Restaurant by Hwy 10 & Eglinton. The menu is basically identical.I have to say that most people will be happy with the dine in portions Vs. The take out portions.I went with lunch take out today for this review. And the take out portions are tiny in comparison to the dine in and I have zero idea why this is? Perhaps ? to cover the cost ? of take out containers ??? Yeah, it really makes no sense …I have to agree ? with the reviews that point this out. The portions are huge when dining in. So keep this in mind.All in all, I have not had a bad dish. Everything was delicious and hit the flavour profiles.Drop in and give them a try and then let us all know what your thoughts ? are.Happy ? Eats everyone .

My parents recommended this place and we went on lunar new year eve. Of course it was busy, but the kitchen and servers did their best. The food all seemed made to order: fresh, crispy, juicy, hot. For example, the "general tao" meat dish was not soggy like most places. Highly recommended.

Food was great, I especially liked the fried pumpkin with shrimp covered in salted egg yolk (which I forgot to take a picture of). Everything came out steaming hot however service was super slow - we were here for lunar New year's and the restaurant seemed understaffed.
Food was delicious and the portions are good; I've been here twice with my family now.The first time we went was on a weekday (night), and the service wasnt great. They wouldn't seat us at a larger table even though the restaurant was almost empty, and we stated we wanted to order a large amount of dishes, and sure enough we could not fit everything on the table they sat us at. They then forgot one of the orders, we told them to cancel it, and they told us they did, but then proceeded to charge us for it anyway. The food also took about an hour to arrive.The second time we went was great though, we went on a Saturday night and the staff were brisk but helpful and the food came quickly, and everything was delicious. The tables are a little small though (like cafe size) if you're not at one of the round tables so just keep that in mind.The restaurant is clean and the bowls/plates they have are quite cute, and my final opinion is that I would still recommend this restaurant, just try to go when you feel they would be adequately staffed.Parking: Plaza parking, it might be a bit difficult to find a place directly in front of the restaurant when it's busy but there's usually always a spot somewhere

If u love the spicy, this is a great restaurant for u. The front door makes it look small, but it’s not bad inside the restaurant. They may don’t have enough waiters, so it takes a while for the service. But the taste is amazing.
