My recent experience at your fast food burger spot was incredibly disappointing. The layout of the property makes it nearly impossible to enter and exit without hassle, Upon entering, I was met with the epitome of rudeness from the staff. The employee who took my order seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than assisting me, even going as far as to gesture for me to wait while they tended to the drive-through. It took an absurdly long eight minutes just to place my order, with another worker being instructed not to help me but rather to focus on menial tasks. This level of disregard for walk-in customers is unacceptable. Overall, the experience was marred by inefficiency and disrespectful behavior. Improvement in customer service is direly needed

I love Churches chicken and this location is particularly good! Good sized chicken pieces cooked crunchy and flavorful. The side dishes are all tasty. I have had friendly service from all the staff.
I ordered here tonight and the food came out with a very strange taste and rotton fishy smell.I was very disappointed, and this happened to my family and friends before.

The previous time I went here they didn't heat up the jalapeno poppers well. They didn't heat the poppers up long enough for the cheese to not be cold.This time I asked them to make sure they heat them up long enough so that the cheese isn't solid. "Sure thing" they said. In 2 minutes my order was ready. I knew they didn't heat them up well. Again the cheese was solid. I asked them to reheat them. They said they can't heat them up longer than 2 min or else it would make a mess. Their solution, give customers cold food.I guess their convenience is better than good customer service.Also, I saw online that they had a conditional health inspection pass. Never eating here again. They want to make money but they don't want to provide good service. Owning a restaurant isn't a licence to print money, you have to care about the quality of your food and customer service.
