Rude staffs. I ALWAYS order the same drink, so I already know what to expect, but my drink tasted wrong (too bitter not enough brown sugar). So I apologized and asked in the nicest way possible if I could get a remake as my drink didn’t taste right. But the girl with the black glasses and the supervisor were so rude. Supervisor asked me to pay $1 to get a remake, when I offered to pay through card, I could hear the girl (black eyeglasses) asking supervisor how to charge the $1, but in the end they asked me to pay cash. (they probably put it in the tip jar, since it’s not on the system LOL). Asked my other friend that work at coco, and said they never charge for a remake.Once I got my drink I said thank you and apologized. The girl gave me a dirty look and my bf said when I turned my back he saw the girl rolling her eyes.LOL for asking me to pay $1 for a remake and the cup charge.

Never been to Coco’s before. We have the mango passion fruit slushie and the taro flavoured both with tapioca bobo and only 30% sugar. I felt it was average. The service and atmosphere were great though and the price was better than some other places I have been to.

Very impressed by this place. Ordered a brown sugar milk tea it was so perfect not too sweet and you can tell it was made fresh. Best one I tried. Very clean place and good service. Staff is considerate and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more.

We always order from there for Uber . Just ordered 5 bubble tea for picked up and no bag and no tray ,need to pay for it. This is first time that I see a bubble tea place not offering bags. How can you let your customers to get 5 orders without a bag !
