Ordered 2 drinks and even clarified our order before paying, and yet I was overcharged for an extra drink. Staff noticed and offered a cash refund when I paid on my card and preferred to have it put back on my card, which they tried to do but couldn't figure out how to do so through their POS.. I asked for a receipt so I could see the amounts charged/refunded and didn't receive either..

The drinks are always delicious without fail.Vegetarian options: The lack of meat and egg products on the menu keep it an inclusive vegetarian option for almost all menu items.Dietary restrictions: Tea and juice items are optimal for both people who have lactose intolerance and or are vegan.Parking: While a bit tight for bigger cars, you're sure to find parking in the many spots available, but it may mean you need to look through the parking twice.Kid-friendliness: After going with family many times, I can say that the staff are patient and understanding when it comes to kids ordering.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no step to access the shop and has buttons to open the doors while assistance may be needed to hold the door open completely.

I'm not really happy with my drink. Before I purchased it, I asked what the best drink was, and the cashier, who looked around the kitchen, suggested a drink. So I purchased it based on his suggestion. I specifically asked for it to be made with less ice, but I received it with a full of ice. Also, when they were making my drink, I noticed they had some leftover drink from a previous purchase and used it to make my drink, but I was hoping my drink would be good. Unfortunately, the taste is really bad, and that's why the cashier recommended it as the best drink for me to buy. If you want to make the drinks by your own, why ask for preferences when taking the order? This is really disappointing, and it's not fair to trick your customers like this

First off the place is so clean and beautiful. The staff that i met were so freakin friendly i love them, and the boba is SO GOOD. absolutely obsessed. 10/10 please go here i

Staff usually provides attentive service and they always make your order fresh. It tastes good and prices are pretty much on par with other bubble tea places. The location is a little difficult to find if you haven't been there before as there's no signage on the street to indicate where it is but if you're using Google Maps or any other navigation it will guide you perfectly fine. We go here at least once a week as a family getting all our bubble tea. They do have a loyalty program so be sure you ask in the last for your phone number and track it in the system.

Honestly i have had better boba, glad it was open till 11pm but their milk tea tastes very water down since they use a milk powder and not actual milk. I haven’t tried their fruit drinks but my friend liked it (it was his first time). In my opinion it could be creamier and richer in flavour.
