I had the Shiitake teriyaki mushroom burger and WOW! I’m not even vegan, nor do I like vegan food. I only came because my cousin is vegan. I will be returning for that mushroom burger.I don’t recommend getting fries though, it was soggy.

First of all I highly appreciate all the vegan restaurants and all the vegan customers for choosing vegan food. We had ordered vegan burgers from the copper branch yesterday and I have become a fan of this restaurant. How beautiful the burger was made. Just wow wow wow wow. I think one was a shiitake teriyaki burger and i don't remember the second one but it had a beetroot patty into it. I just loved it. I highly recommend this place to all the vegan food lovers. Thank you Copper branch for not killing animals and serving vegan food and making the planet a better place for animals to live.

Food is pretty good, depending on what you get. The prices are a little high for the portion sizes.Their smoothies are also very tasty.
I'm just upset this pizza isn't cut. how can I eat it? completely disappointed. wanted to eat it in the car ASAP but had to wait until I got home to cut it with a knife and fork.usually I like those bowls but noticed they now have pizza instead of flatbreads now. this over priced pizza is so disappointing. I wish I could take my tip back for making me wait to eat.... (I did try to rip a piece and it was a disaster so needed to cut it myself)taste wise, way too sweet. unappetizing.ordered the kimchi pizza$30 was completely not worth it

Food is really good here. But unfortunately had a bad experience with the service. Showed up after a workout and requested a salad. Was prepared and about 10 minutes later... i was asked to pay. I took out my wallet and tried to pay with credit card. Didn't work. I thought it was on my end so i tried two other cards and their system said "System Problem". So after waiting for the employee to reset the system and try several more times. I looked back at the clock and it was 25minutes i was waiting for a salad. After all this, i asked the employee if I will be leaving with the salad that was made especially for me. He said he cannot give it to me even though it was the stores problem. I left hungry and wasted half an hour of sunshine outside.

No blackbean burger was available. So ordered Southern burger which has a wheat based patty. Tasted like cardboard. Tough and chewy.Asian bowl was tasteless, except a bit of khimchi. The falafel was soggy, just a lump of dough.Have never had worse vegan food than this.Definitely not going there again. Avoid!

Generally have had a good experience with this location, but during my last visit I got an avocado that was not at all edible. I couldn't bite into it or even break up the slices. Not sure how someone making these dishes doesn't notice that...
We have visited a number of 9different locations in GTA and Quebec and loved them all. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with this one. There is always not enough staff (one person at lunchtime today), washroom is filthy, tables dirty and a very long wait for an average tasting food. TV screen with CP24 on is totally out of place. That was our third and last visit. We won't mind traveling the distance for a better experience.
