I've never had middle Eastern sweets before and as a result I was quite lost when entered the store. I wasn't sure what to try, what each dish contained, the specialities etc... however luckily for me an employee named Omnea(apologizes if I've misspelled the name) was super patient and kind while guiding me through everything, giving recommendations, and answering all of my questions. She recommended the pistachio bakalva which was pretty good (I enjoyed the nutty flavor the pistachios added, it balanced the sweetness quite well). Although, the food wasn't my most favourite as I'm not used it, the atmosphere and service was great! That employee had made it much easier to choose, and I'm definitely more inclined to come back. Overall, great place to try something new!

Very welcoming and very accommodating! Not only do they provide wonderful and delicious treats, but also have one of the most kind and patient employee. Omnea, thank you for being very kind and welcoming when I visited, I could see that you are a hard worker who puts a lot of effort and never misses the little details.
There is something exciting about this place and it is not just the baked goods! this place has really taken a positive turn point. First the quality of the food changed and now customer service... The baklavas were so yummy and crunchy and it wasn't overpriced. I really enjoyed that meal but the atmosphere was a little tense between the workers. Overall a great place to go, if you want to talk to a really sweet and lovely worker talk to Omnea, her service was great, she simply made my day :)

I am not a fan of their cakes, but I've heard they have the best baklavas.Customer service:Other than that, the main thing that I loved about this experience was the nice customer service they had, which was mainly elevated by a cute girl named Omnea who works there. She made my day with her laugh :)Prices:To be honest, I am a high school student who is practically broke, but I still could afford to buy from it. So, don't really worry about money, unless you buy big quantities.Atmosphere:The only thing that kind of needs some improvement would be the atmosphere or let's say the external look of the shop. (Requires a little bit of care for it to look aesthetic and attractive to customers ig)I hope you have a great experience, you people!

A worker named Omnea was particularly helpful and attentive to my needs- I was super indecisive when it came to choosing what to eat, but with patience and kindness, she helped me through it. Definitely recommend this place to gather with family or friends, and don’t hesitate to ask employees (especially Omnea) for some help if you’re indecisive like me!
