Was asking for a tap water, the server didn’t want to give it to me and asked me not to sit in their area. You never reject a person asking for a cup of tap water, it’s just unkind.

Great selection of Danish pastries at this restaurant. The location is just at the entrance of the Food district in square one mall. The hot chocolate at this place is phenomenal and the variety of pastries are good too. There are just 3 tables with 2 chairs each so it is very difficult to sit or wait for your coffee. You have to stand up and have your coffee or else Take it somewhere else.Customer service can be definitely improved as one of the servers seems super disinterested in her job. Lacking basic skills is really a turn off and seeing other reviews seems a regular fare .

this is about the 6th time my order has been cancelled from uber eats. from the vaughan mills store. an indian accent male had called me previously to ask me to cancel my previous order because "they were out of items as it was end of the day" it seems this happens every time i order only when he is scheduled working in the store. the items i order are very simple and most to all of items on the menu are around the same price so i dont understand why he doesnt call to provide better customer service and ask if i would like to replace what they have left that is equal price. unless he is saving items for himself to take home. he should not be cancelling this many orders every time it is losing the business alot of sales.
please have this checked into and dealt with as im sure it shows up in your system how many orders he is always cancelling during his shifts.

A great selection of delicious pastries plus sandwiches now at Danish Pastry House, They are located here in the Food District of Square One Mall, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
The staff was courteous for going over the ingredients on the various items. The Chai latte though was a write off along with the Cappucino. The pies weren't all that great and so tossed them out.

Rude staff. I waited for almost 20 minutes to order coffee and the two ladies working there completely ignored me. There was no other customer there at that time. I left the place without ordering and will not ever come back here.Seems like these ladies hate their job.The management should hire only those with proper customer service training.
