Love this place. Use to frequent it when it was closer to home. My healthy cheat meal, lol. The food is good as I remember, bento box is the way to go. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Location is good.

I am a regular to edo japan ....but today had the worst service at this location, the guy said he cannot make a bubble tea without ice (pushy employee) ....then he sent his supervisor....( navi was her name) super rude, got mad when i asked for no ice ( she said our receipe do not allow us to customize the bubble tea or else we won't fill it up to the top. Alright still asked for less ice and guess what she filled up with huge load of ice ( well jokes on edo this location ....pls hire better supervisor...who know how to welcome customers and not turning them away)
