If you are gonna order take out order through Uber Eats because it’s actually cheaper. 21$ for chimichanga but x2 = $44? 20$ on Uber Eats. Thought I’d be nice and order through the actual restaurant but not worth it. The quantity of guac also much smaller than in person

Initially, i had found out about this place 6 years ago when i did delivery for this restaurant as they were busy every night that i came to deliver for them. As i used to be part of one of their suppliers. I finally decided to go here with my fiancée and my expectations were high for this restaurant, i didn’t care to read the recent reviews before i went. Those expectations began to drop once we stood at the host table waiting to be seated, there was not host or hostess to seat people, as we watched from the side, servers and bartenders were running around tables, one server acknowledged us but was too busy to seat us. We got there at around 5:30pm. The outside patio was mildly packed with guests and barely anyone but 3 other tables inside. As we finally got sat 15 mins later. The atmosphere of the inside dining was not that great either, lighting was way too dim for menu reading and the high top tables were too squished in together making less room for comfort. Finally like 10mins later a bartender came to take our order. Im not sure what his name was but he looked like he was doing most of the work, anyways we ordered pork enchiladas, tacos de pollo and Esquites, it took possibly 15mins to get our food. The rice on my enchiladas was over cooked, salty and had no Mexican flavor, also the portion of the rice was very small. It was not worth the 18$ on the menu. The esquites were mostly just corn mixed with cream and a hint of paprika, no spice and some of the chips tasted like it was stale. The esquites were also missing the Guajillo chilli peppers. The tacos pollo duo were very salty and not enjoyable. Not coming here again for food . After that I guessed the majority of people just come here to get drinks.

Tacos were mediocre. Not the best tacos I’ve had. The pork was tender and juicy, you could tell the tortillas were store bought and not made in house.Nachos were pretty good. Just make sure to ask them to layer the toppings or you’re left with a ton of plain chips.Charged $16 for tequila shots(ordered 6) Not a problem just make sure to let your customers know the prices.Tattooed server was also ignoring me as I called him over multiple times… service was overall not the best.
Worst service i have ever seen, our food was not even ready after 45 minutes, in the end we had to ditch the plan to eat here.Can't grade them on food, but the service was poor

Not only us but I saw more people leaving the restaurant.worst experience till now. Poor service. Lack of staff. Will never recommend this place toAnyone.

I recently visited this place. The food is good, but it is a bit overpriced for what you get; I ordered tacos, and they were served without sauces. It is like getting fries without ketchup, so I asked for some hot sauce, and I was surprised to be also charged for sauce.The place is very small and feels crowded.Wheelchair accessibility: It does not seem to be wheelchair accessible as the place is tiny. Tables stick together, and it is hard to walk to get out or to use the washroom.

Hostess had an attitude, bartenders didn't even acknowledge us sitting at the bar (aiming to have a drink before going to our patio table- we never got that drink), server was less than enthusiastic however provided a basic standard of service. Mojito had rotten limes ans mint in it, sangria Blanco tasted like mould. Ceviche was bland, small portion, and tortillas very very greasy, stale and tasteless. Taquitos were small, extremely burnt and had barely any filling. I tell you no lies, we stopped at a 7-11 for a 2$ taquito and it was far superior....so were the convenience store staff. I dont usually bother writing reviews, but this place has no business being in the business.

Horrible customer service. Came here with a friend around 9:20 pm and waited at the front for about 5 mins to be seated to which no one came. Got a dirty look from the bartender and ended up asking her if we could seat ourselves wherever to which she rudely rolled her eyes and said "sure", so we picked our own table to sit at. We had to come up to the bar and ask her when the kitchen closed, she stared at us with an empty look and simply said "soon" so we asked again, when does the kitchen close? then she finally informed us "in the next 10 minutes" and walked away. We saw another group of people waiting for 10 minutes to be seated only to be ignored, so they left. We decided to leave as well. Customer service needs serious work, train your bartender not to act like an annoyed NPC or hire a hostess for late night service.
